Clean room and staff was excellent

The room was nice for the price.

Service was good. Property a little dated but not too bad. Beds were not that comfortable. Would stay again for short stays because price was good and breakfast was available at that price.

Comfort inn was great! Very helpful at the front desk, the breakfast was good, plenty of choices and room was clean, comfortable, and big enough for us.

Hotel is a great hotel, very spacious room. Patio rooms right by the pool. Very deep and big pool. Breakfast was awesome. The hotel looks small on the outside but its actually bigger on the inside. Great customer service.

Will never come back

The fridge in Room 119 was broken and inoperable.

It was larger however there was no way I would be sitting on the couch that was included. I don’t want to take off my clothes to even change out of my travel clothing. I got some sleep and got back on the road as quickly as possible. I for got to take pictures of the long lack hair left on the bed and bathroom floor. Clearly not mopped or even swept.

The cleanliness, and the nice ladies that were working there. Both were super kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I was a little concerned about the location when I arrived but it ended up being fine and super close to the thrift shopping we wanted to do. Also very close was to an excellent restaurant Open Fire Kitchen. Pizza and mexican- 100% recommend

It was not clean, found a German roach in the room, stains all over the pull out couch, it wasn’t an actual full sofa bed, so that was deceiving. Found hair in the bathroom and was scared to sleep most of the night.

This is a great, inexpensive hotel. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed and the rooms are clean, staff is kind and helpful, and it is quiet.

Spacious, staff very friendly, rooms were huge and bed was super comfy!

4/5 stars, Room was clean, most of the amenities worked, room was fine, nice and cold. Complimentary breakfast wasn't bad either. Wifi was really bad which was kind of hilarious cause Chattanooga claims to have the fastest internet in the US.

Bed was extremely comfortable and the towels were soft. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chattanooga.
