Quality Inn & Suites Chattanooga-East Ridge

It was a cross country move, and I just needed a clean place to sleep, and this place fit the bill.

Dirty and gross!

The air conditioner worked great,the pool was awesome, breakfast was ok.The maintenance on the building needs to be addressed.I'm not sure who paints the rooms there but they really need a few lessons,very sloppy.The room smelled bad,we bought air freshener to get rid of the smell.

Close proximity to the airport and central to shops, restaurants and diversions. Quiet rooms… love the beds!!!!! So comfortable.. pool inviting and roomy… Continental breakfast bleak and unappealing… needs better ways of keeping hot food fresh.

They had the air off when we arrived even tho it was over 100 degrees out. Room was stinky really bad. The pull out mattress from the pull out couch was DISGUSTING thin as paper ripped open told staff they said that’s all the beds they had. We ended up staying at our friends we came to visit for vacation the rest of the time a waste of money forsure. It looked like they were trying to fix up the place but it definitely needs A LOT of TL.

Nothing. Paid beforehand when we arrived was told there was no reservation. Will be disputing charges on bank account. Services were not received.

Room very clean vert cold ac. Staff was very polite nice swimming area and workout center

Absolutely horrible smell in the room. Air conditioner did not work well. Can’t really expect much for the price but I would ate least hope for clean floors and no visible body fluid stains on the furniture.
