Room very clean vert cold ac. Staff was very polite nice swimming area and workout center

Absolutely horrible smell in the room. Air conditioner did not work well. Can’t really expect much for the price but I would ate least hope for clean floors and no visible body fluid stains on the furniture.

When we checked out they asked how our stay was and when I responded with all the above he simply replied 'oh, well we hope to see you again soon'

I did not like the property! First of all the room smelled horribly and dirty towels hanging on the door the bed was okay the comforter had a stain on it. Also other people on the same floor as us was smoking weed and you could smell it in the hallway and into our room. We will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Our stay at the Quality Inn & Suites East Ridge was okay, but the property definitely shows its age and could use some attention.When we checked in, our room had a very strong odor of cleaning sprays, which felt like it was trying to mask a lingering smoke smell.The room itself was functional, but the furniture had quite a few noticeable scratches, and the paint on the walls was chipped in several spots. Additionally, the window blinds in the common public areas looked a bit tattered and worn out.The hotel works fine for a quick stop, but a deep clean and a few maintenance updates would go a long way in making the environment more comfortable for guests.

The staff was very helpful. He assisted us with the elevator, that was not in full operation due to renovation. The hotel had a musty smell and the staircase was dirty. Our room had stains on the walls, the toilet was dirty but the beds were at least comfy.

The sink in our room was dirty. The conditioner was half used. Layer of dust everywhere. The man at the front desk just stared at me when I told him.

Very clean & staff was awesome

There’s paint splatter all over the wall walls. The shower-head was detached from the wall and dangling the sink handle, fell off. There was no microwave in the room. The attached room didn’t have a functioning, refrigerator and smelled like it has mold in it. There was blood stains on the inside of the curtain and someone randomly all throughout the night, kept calling my room.

The front desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly. I didn't notice an accessible room available when booking the room. Will definitely ask for that next time.

Air conditioning was very loud, the rest of our stay was very good.

It smelled like weed, we had prank calls at all hours of the night, a barking dog walking up and down the hall in the middle of the night, and a car alarm going off in the middle of the night

Refrig freezer useless 3/4 full of frost. had to change room. New room TV remote did not work. worker brought replacement, then had to come back to get picture. Workers were only part of "Quality in name! Bathroom was a joke.m raw unpainted 1x2 wood holdin up bathroom counter. below counter walls were3 colors {pealing paint} ceiling had a half- assed patch job. Hallway carpet worn out 5 years ago!

Breakfast was bad There wasnt any housekeeping The staff kept prank calling up

We have stayed here before but this time was nicer. It was clean. The elevator is now working.
