Location was ideal,staff was very nice,breakfast was good

Decent water pressure Literally, everything else. The room was filthy The smell of mildew smacked you in the face as soon as you opened the room door! Speaking of room door...it didn't open properly. It didnt close properly. You could see where they had painted over mold. No trash can. Towels were stained. Floors were filthy. Drawers were filthy. Bed had a sheet and a cover that was about as thick as a shower curtain. Walls were dirty. Furniture looked as is it was bought at consignment. Half of the outlets didn't work. Nightstand lights were dirty and rusted. Don't get me started on the Marijuana smell wafting down the hallway!! I was with a group of five total rooms and EVERY SINGLE ROOM was the same! The reviews that I read on this place COULD NOT be verified....either that or they were talking about another hotel!! Free breakfast was offered, but there was NO WAY I was going there!! Quality inn and suites should be ashamed to have their name associated with this dump!

The location was fine, the staff were very polite. There were items left in the refrigerator from the previous guest, the front panel from the air conditioner fell off when we turned the air on, and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector.

It was convenient for us to stop. Right off the highway. There were no protein options at breakfast. Just waffles and cereal.

The location I had to leave

I've stayed at this place 3 years in a row on my snowbird travel home! This time I woke ip wanting a good shower to finish my travels home! Turned shower on and there was no hot water! Had to take a cold shower. Then I go to plug my hair dryer in and there's no power at the plug! Wet hair! Decided to go let the front desk know about the situation, and get some complementary breakfast! Told a gentleman at the front desk and he said sorry and would get somebody to look at it! I was leaving after breakfast! Than I go to get sausage and eggs and there was no sausage cooked that day so no meat, no yogurt either! I grabbed a muffin as I was fuming and grabbed my bags and left! I won't stay there again!

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating for our family with small children.

The room was clean, the bed linen and towels were fresh and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Some details made the hotel feel poorly maintained, such as torn curtains and worn, dirty-looking areas in the hallways. The breakfast was very disappointing — the coffee was cold and the food selection was poor, so we decided not to eat there.

That we were on 2nd floor and had to walk quite a ways down a hallway, down elevator & then walk all the way around to center of building, & with a 1yr old!!! Lil hard, especially since I've had a right foot amputation and other health issues with walking long distances

Front desk staff (2 gentlemen)were very friendly, respectful & ACCOMMODATING!! Worth the price & will even match competitor prices!!Brought pool towels out to us at the pool & even, made sure breakfast bar was refilled for us!! ROOMS were clean & beds was very comfortable!!Aso has microwave & small lil refrigerator in room! Air conditioning worked so well, it froze us to death at night lol!! We travel a lot & will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you!! It was nice and near a lot of restaurants and has a gas station right beside it. Walmart down the street and more. The bathroom sink and behind the beds need to be a little bit more cleaner.

It was surprisingly better than expected for the price. Would definitely recommend for travelers

The room could have been cleaner the floors and around the door in the bathroom

Needed additional supplies, they were provided quickly.
