La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East Ridge

The facility's location for me was excellent-very close to Chicamauga National Battlefield. It was very clean and comfortable. My interactions with stall were always pleasant. And yes, I would definitely stay there again.

Frustratingly, I was given an uncleaned room at check-in! Yuck! This was handled professionally by check-in staff. However, promise of hearing from manager never happened that night nor by check-out next day. Good location. Nice room layout & features.

Everything was nice! The Hotel charged my Bank Card 20 $ a week after our stay. We do NOT smoke and we left the room very Tidy and Clean. Also, Someone took 2 phone charger cords that were on the top of the cart with our luggage as we were leaving. The cart was in the hallway for maybe 5 minutes as we were still loading things to leave. iPhone chargers valued 50 $

Room was clean and modern design. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only tiny issue I had was the bed made a loud noise when you moved. It was difficult to get used to that.

Bathroom needs a remodel not an update! Tile floors throughout the room. Room was very musty and they tried to cover the smell with some terrible deoderizer that smelled like aftershave. We only stayed 1 night.

Over night stay for long trip to Louisiana. Good location, clean room, breakfast a plus
