Hmm...

We arrived at 4 AM and the room was dirty from the start — a disastrous check-in experience. Housekeeping never cleaned our room once in three days. I emailed both the hotel manager and Expedia to report the issues, and neither has responded to this day. The lack of accountability and basic guest service is unacceptable. I would not stay here again under any circumstances.

I did not get the room I paid for which was a 2 Queen and a balcony. I was told after. Putting in a room that was not what I paid for I was than told oh we are overbooked for the rooms with the balconies. Than the first room I was put in nothing worked in the room so I was moved to another room were it was a clicking noise in the air conditioner unit all night. Than they tried to fix it by giving me free breakfast but I already had paid for my breakfast in my reservation plus I had to leave before breakfast was being served so that didn't help me. Not to mention the pillows are too soft.

Overcharge, me for a state that was already paid for

The sheets had blood on them. The shower wasn’t cleaned. The trash can still had trash in it. I’ll never stay at this hotel again

Absolutely enjoyed the stay. The room layout was perfect. Staff felt like family. Location was great and convenient.

The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me.

The tv did not work they had to switch out the remote. They had food out in the open when we walked by the kitchen...it was a half made pizza.

I didn’t like the shower and the water came out the shower and on the floor maybe they can get better shower curtain and shower head

We stayed here while traveling to a family event. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast cafe was very good. My son lived the pool.

The staff there was amazing! Super friendly and helpful and always greeted us warmly. Property was clean and quiet.
