Wouldnt let me stay Took my money and never refunded me

The staff did EVERYTHING to refund my payments. We had 2 rooms. There was mold around tub and toilet, roaches, stale smell, Cobb webs, questionable folks living there. Trash piled outside of the room, it smelled as soon as you walked out. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The night clerk felt the need to walk us to our room, check the room before we went in. The breakfast was nonexistent. The price was WAY to high for this. Kotel 6 I would expect this from, but an extended stay. We stay at these properties all the time and know people live on the property, but this was another level. The beds were hard, we stayed 1 night since we got in so late. Slept with the lights on, for fear of something crawling on us. The door did not securely close, we did not feel safe. We had our luggage piled in front of it. There were bodily fluids on the walls and the floors were disgusting.

Check in staff seemed over worked. She had a bad attitude along with no customer service. Simply called to see if early checkin was possible before I got a chance to tell her I would be arriving in 4 hrs she cut me off and said it wasn’t possible. Upon arrival she was upset about her day and I asked her again about checking in early and she proceeded with they only have 1 house keeper and she is over 60 years old. I decided to check out other hotels around the area, came back to request a refund and she said she had a room ready this was (15 min later) instead of the back and forth she could have told me that she would check into it instead of completely saying it wasn’t possible. Once we got in the room the toilet didn’t work, tub was filled with water, and it was dirty all over the floor like they swept but didn’t sweep it up. Overall I would never recommend this location nor will I ever return

Be aware of over booking. Booked for a 1 night stay. Arrived at the hotel and was informed, they were overbooked and gave my room up. No options for any lodging. I had to pay an extra $250 for another hotel in the area.

Helpful Staff!

The only good thing about this “hotel” was the front desk lady. The room was horrible and smell like smoke and mildew. The whole place was so bad. The stairs smell like urine and smoke. Very bad appearance and high price for a room like this.

Only pro was that they allowed pets Picture in listing didn’t match the actual hotel or room. Hotel and room were pretty rough. Furniture in room was broken, ac hardly worked, fridge was old and dirty on the outside, lock on door was falling off the hinges.

Nothing The service was poor and unprofessional. Staff was dressed in sweatpants .The room smelled of marijuana, the door had large gaps under and barely shut. The room was dirty and dimly lit and the bathroom smelled as if someone had been smoking in it just prior to checking in. I was approached by someone in the parking lot selling drugs and there were people loitering around inside and out. We didn't feel safe and didn't stay. Less than a half an hour after checking in we left due to the conditions and the staff refused a refund on $205 room that was unacceptable. Apparently there was no manager on site due to it being a holiday weekend. Completely unacceptable.

booked the only room left and it was handicapped. Clerk said they were overbooked and no handicaps available but said they had standard available which was fine too but said she could not change the rooms. Had to have her call her boss Had I not made her call her superior then we would not had a place to stay. What should have been an easy check in as I had paid in advance turned into me having to almost have to throw a fit. So it was no a pleasant experience as we were on a strict timeline to get ready for an event

Good location The rooms had a strong pet odor

Best place if ur going to be staying a while bc they really do help more then any other places

Nothing about this Hotel. After arriving and checking in, we couldn't find our room, trash, beer bottles and the smell of weed, all around, we dropped off our keys and went to another hotel. This place didn't feel safe. I travel a lot with my job, this place should be shut down.

The stairwell was filled with trashcans that were woverflowing and trash was scattered about the area. The shower didnt work and there are cockroaches.

Property was overbooked by you I did not get to stay at the property because it was overbooked by booking.con

not great. comparable to motel 6. expected better.

Convenient location. Very clean. We had a corner room which was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. The door security lock was broken.

My go to place when in the area.
