Clean room, no complaints

Had to leave 4 days early because their construction made it impossible to get my daughter in and out of room and they didn’t refund any of the stay or even the $50 deposit they required horrible experience and hotels.com is just as bad for allowing their customers to be treated disrespectful and doing nothing to make things right

Clean A lot of walking

The layout. The neighbors making my family uncomfortable! The way they put me out after I had 3 more days to go, until check out! They also kept my $50 security deposit.

Booked premium and it was desperately needing to be updated besides being dirty. Food stains on kitchen walls, dirty floors, and hair allower tun, flooring, beds, and vanity. The pics online dont match reality Catfished. They state housekeepin once a week and again thats not true. No housekeeping during your stay. Very unsafe area. Several cops responding on different days. People in parking lots smoking weed and just watching. Very noisy during the night. Very thin walls. Very very unsafe.

The first thing you notice are that things are broken and not repaired. The room had a stove but the knobs didnt work properly. The bathroom was dirty and the ceiling above the tub leaked and was never repaired. The curtains for the closet were missing. I asked for one from Frances the manager and never received it. The parking lot and neighboring rooms reeked constantly of marijuana. Everyone there seemed to be using. Cops showed up on the regular. This is not a good place to bring kids. The management was the worst ive ever encountered and ive traveled around the world. Frances the main manager and her supervisor were rude from day one. One day I had to go to the office because my key stopped working and the office was locked. It was during working hours so I rang the doorbell. Frances came out of a side door yelling at me to read the sign. Before I could finish asking what sign she had slammed the door. I looked at the window and there was a piece of paper facing inward in the wrong direction that apparently said currently in a meeting. The nightmare occured after our 5th week there. My family and I had been displaced which was the reason we stayed as long as we did. On the 29th of May, 2026 i was at work when my Fiance calls me and says that the manager came and told us we had to leave. We were given a non renual notice because we supposedly had an unreported pet in the room. We have never had a pet ever!! My woman tried to contest it but they called the police right away. The police then told my Fiance that she would have to pack up our things right away or get arrested. My woman has slight autism and this was traumatic and she was in tears. Luckily our kids were in school. While she was packing the manager Frances came back and apologized saying they got the wrong room. Upon my return from work i went to the office to see what was being done to rectify the situation. Frances said she had appologized to my "old lady" already and that it was all fine. I insisted it was not ok and calmly asked for a supervisor number or corporate number. Frances then told me that I could file a complaint online like everyone else and if I didnt like it i could leave too. I said duely noted frances and left. the next day I went to renew another week and was told I was a non rewewal and she refused to tell me why. When i again asked for a corporate number she called the cops who threatened to arrest me.
