Room was given to me at 7pm, went to the room, was not cleaned food all over. Would not refund me. Poor management.

I was in a disability room because that is all they had at check in and the hotel was completely sold out. The room had wallpaper peeling, cracks in the ceiling and I had to kill two bugs in the bathroom (roaches). When I walked in the hotel the staff (1 person) was very dry with me and I felt unwelcomed. The rug at the entrance was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. i travel all of the time and stay at Aloft hotels most times and this was the worse I have ever witnessed.

Very clean hotel, great location. The shower is Amazing! Bed was super comfortable. All the staff was very friendly. Definitely check it out if you need a hotel in the area. We stayed there for a concert at the amphitheater.

Liked the location - close to restaurants, shopping, and the highway. Need to include more towels. They were provided happily when asked for them.
