Very modern and great looking hotel.

Our only complaint was the air conditioning. We set the thermostat to 60°F, but the room never seemed to cool below about 75°F, making it uncomfortable to sleep. While we were downstairs getting breakfast before checking out, we overheard several other guests mentioning the same issue, so it didn’t appear to be limited to our room. If the air conditioning had worked as expected, we would have rated our stay much higher.

Nice and helpful, enjoyed that they had order to go breakfast, bar, ice bags in machine ready to go. Nice gym. Good location near shopping, restaurants and highway. Rooms comfortable. Negative- elevator- only One working and it was extremely slow. Pool room not Ventilated well and with heat - the chlorine smell was overpowering.

Did not have privacy between the washing area and the actual bathroom itself door would not pull out. Pocket door

Check in might have been the most painless one I've ever experienced! The lobby looks cool. Think elevated speak easy. The room was spotless and modern. I loved the size of the shower! I'm local - just needed to be closer to the airport than home so my 2am wake up for the airport wasn't as painful. Come to find out...staying here was one of the better decisions I've made in a long time.

When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for

I love the small super clean staff was nice and friendly. They checked us in and got us to our room right away Everything went well with this hotel we really like it

Exceptional

The staff was very nice thru our long stay. We had an issue with the A/C not cooling down & maintenance came right up. She was very accommodating & the issue was promptly resolved. One of the elevators was constantly out of order which made for a long wait when it was busy on the weekends.

Was nice to have a bar in the same building

Comfortable updated hotel. The only negative is food choices are really bad. You will want to order delivery.

Convenient to my event. I was billed 3 times and being given the run around for resolution. I have spoken to five different people.

Location Toilet issue and outlet did not work in bathroom. Staff was alerted in the morning

Very clean and the staff was friendly. The only things I can think were an issue were the “whisper quiet” A/C was loud and the sliding door to the shower / toilet area didn’t shut all the way. Other than those it was a very nice stay.

The towels and bedding smelled like burned oil.
