The staff were very polite, kind and helpful.

It’s was just an ok hotel. Not kept up well. Stains on the carpets. Big in the elevator and in the corners. Not very well maintained at all.

The breakfeast was very good and fresh. All the staff was as friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The business computer was not working for me to quickly do something.

Quiet, pretty clean Ice maker did not work nor did the room phone to contact the front desk. The ceiling was missing tile near the elevator

I was surprised how dirty the room was. It looked like only the bed got mail. Mirrors still had handprints, air conditioning buttons were sticky. Some kind of body fluid was on the end table next to bed along with hair clips on the floor and what looked like pizza cheese. And the toilet had issues. Left feeling like I needed to shower.

The whole experience was truly nice. The whole staff to include the front desk representatives, house keeping and maintenance was amazing they took care of their customers in a kind, timely and professional manner.

We loved it.

The staff was friendly and helped me navigate a delay in my arrival and an unexpected cancellation. The breakfast were the best thing about my experience. The room was not the quality of room I had experienced at other SpringHill locations. The pool area was not in good condition and wasn’t an environment that you would consider for your kids to play in.

Pool was absolutely disgusting and unusable. They finally realized and closed it toward the end of our stay. Property was dirty, beds were clean in our room, but there was a definite smell I couldn't place. Reservation for 3 in a room with one king and a trundle. We arrived after midnight and room had no bedding for the trundle. Room had towels for two people and when we asked for more were told they were "in the dryer." Garbage outside and in main areas were always filled or overflowing. Didn't try breakfast after seeing how well they took care of the pool. Fridge in the "market" was basically empty. Glad we didn't need anything. Ice machine out of order too. We would have switched hotels if I hadn't booked a nonrefundable room. Shame on me. Never again.
