It was very clean, perfectly located, and quiet!

I didn't like that they cut cost on in room microwave, considering 1 microwave in the lobby a way to mingle. Small detail no pen and paper in room. The hallways were hot. A stable chair would have been more suitable the computer chair was unstable. I didn't like that they couldn't honor a 3rd party price/contract.

It is a clean and has very spacious rooms.

This is such a cool hotel! It felt very homey and gave me the impression of an upscale college student center - pool table, snacks, seating area, etc. I will definitely stay at this chain again. The rooms were clean, the staff were super friendly, and the brekkie was good.

The customer service was very rude and we were treated horribly by the front desk, the hotel manager and the regional manager. I do not recommend. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Exceptional

The staff was very welcoming. When we arrived we were told that there were no rooms available. All of the rooms had to be cleaned and then rated. We got our room at 3pm. There was a used water bottle in the refrigerator. Even though our stay was over night only we did not get a room with a closet and the room was the one on the lowest level right next to the exit door. I attempted to reserve the room on line. I was not successful therefore I was told even though I am Hilton Honors I can not receive reward points for this stay. I initially attempted to reserve via online and could not complete, therefore I had to call directly. I need my rewards points,

The property was very well maintained, the staff was outstanding very helpful funny and made us welcome. We definitely will be back next year for our jazz Festival event

This hotel carries a premium price tag that is only justified if you utilize the onsite amenities. Other local hotels offer the same level of comfort, and in some cases, better quality at a savings of $20–$30 per night. Furthermore, the breakfast fell far short of expectations, making the overall stay feel overpriced.

I had bed bugs in my room. I have bites all over my body.

The complimentary warm breakfast is convenient, and even on days when you miss it, there’s absolutely no shortage of cafés and restaurants nearby to grab something quickly. It’s an easy place to stay for a short trip, especially if you want to remain within the city and have everything you need close at hand.
