I didn't like the roaches the smell or the price. Too costly to stay in a roach motel
-
And then on top of that I was killing some kind of little warms all night
-
The first room I was in tv did not work, no microwave or refrigerator.now on to.the second room. Then I had to put a towel in the bath tub but the shower curtain had stains, like I had to take a whore bath. I walked into the first room i had to kill one bug but then in the bathroon a dead roach. I thought as house keeping that is supposed to ne kept up. The towls where dirty. I mean for one emergency night cool but other than that nope!

Elevator was very sketchy. The doors wouldn’t shut. Then the buttons didn’t work. Rooms had a smell. And you could smell pot.

I didn't stay the room was dirty, the bedding had stains on them the furniture looked like it was a storage room. I don't know anything about the staff but we walked in saw the condition of the room and left. My grandson saw some type of bug on the floor the room looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. So that was just $200.00 dollars that I lost

N/A I had originally chosen this location for convenience to local attractions and price. It was a busy weekend (Fathers Day Weekend) and I had booked a room via the "pay at the property" option thinking that I'd just pay when I get there.. a little after mid day I received a message from the property stating that they were going to cancel my room because they had other people willing to pay in person and wanted to book them immediately. I called Booking customer service, and they informed me that I would still be able to check in as they spoke to the property. BUT when I arrived, the location said that they gave my room away. After a 6 hour drive, I had to then ride around looking for lodging as all other hotels/motels were book with no vacancys .. I didn't find a place to stay until 12:30 a.m. .. this not the first time something like this has happened with one of these smaller franchises, if they want to be money hungry and take advantage of busy weekends, then they should remove their services from Booking altogether.. safe to say I won't be making reservations at this location again .. not to mention the facilities don't look at all comfortable either based on the lobby and infrastructure..

The bathroom had a significant gnat problem, indicating what appeared to be an ongoing infestation. The bathtub was dirty, in poor condition, and in need of refinishing, and the tub handle was sitting inside the bathtub when we arrived instead of being properly attached. It was also clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, despite our check-in occurring well after midnight, which should have provided sufficient time for housekeeping to prepare the room. We found a T-shirt, phone chargers, and an empty water bottle left behind in the drawers by a previous guest. To make matters worse, our room key did not work initially, creating additional frustration after an already long day of travel. I do want to acknowledge that the gentleman working at the front desk made a genuine effort to assist us and was courteous throughout the situation. Unfortunately, his helpfulness could not overcome the numerous issues with the room itself. The overall experience was so disappointing and overwhelming that we decided to end our trip early and check out a full day before our scheduled departure. Given the condition of the room and the inconvenience we experienced, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and guest readiness

No cable tv, refrigerator didn’t work, no shower head in shower.other than that it was a nice room and the staff was very nice and polite.you can tell that they were trying to take care of the property! I would stay there again if I was in that area and need a room!!!

Sheets were dingy, and some were dirty and only had enough to replace for one bed. Informed them my daughter would be checking in and needed 1st floor because she had 3 yr old and they gave me 2nd floor because entire 1st floor didn't have working t.v. non smoking hotel, but I smelled weed. I wanted another room because of the bed situation and before they told me they couldn't, without ask yet, they said no refunds. They refused to get room up to standards, until house keeping came the next day. My daughter called me crying about dirty tub and toilet. I called management/ owner and he also refused to take action. I had to drive 45 minutes to clean toilet and get the sheets for one bed. I'm sure I saw staff make a drug transaction in parking g lot, and when I picked up the sheets for the one bed they had in stock, the night receptionist nodded off as I was talking to her, 99 percent sure she was high, drunk, or both. I had to wake her up to finish transaction. When checking in there in no one at front desk, you have to pick up phone and it takes more than 15 minutes for someone to come. Worst hotel ever, and should not be listed on Booking.com. I'd take my chances sleeping in my car, before staying here. Everything above.

As a soldier traveling the world for missions and looking for a bit of comfort, this place maximizes everything that you don’t need. I don’t think they even make the effort to clean. It looks a run down motel who doesn’t have any staff. Everything looks very dirty , so checked in and checked out at the same time. I was afraid my car would have no tires by the morning.
