The staff was very polite and courteous.

The bathroom had a significant gnat problem, indicating what appeared to be an ongoing infestation. The bathtub was dirty, in poor condition, and in need of refinishing, and the tub handle was sitting inside the bathtub when we arrived instead of being properly attached. It was also clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, despite our check-in occurring well after midnight, which should have provided sufficient time for housekeeping to prepare the room. We found a T-shirt, phone chargers, and an empty water bottle left behind in the drawers by a previous guest. To make matters worse, our room key did not work initially, creating additional frustration after an already long day of travel. I do want to acknowledge that the gentleman working at the front desk made a genuine effort to assist us and was courteous throughout the situation. Unfortunately, his helpfulness could not overcome the numerous issues with the room itself. The overall experience was so disappointing and overwhelming that we decided to end our trip early and check out a full day before our scheduled departure. Given the condition of the room and the inconvenience we experienced, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and guest readiness

No cable tv, refrigerator didn’t work, no shower head in shower.other than that it was a nice room and the staff was very nice and polite.you can tell that they were trying to take care of the property! I would stay there again if I was in that area and need a room!!!

As a soldier traveling the world for missions and looking for a bit of comfort, this place maximizes everything that you don’t need. I don’t think they even make the effort to clean. It looks a run down motel who doesn’t have any staff. Everything looks very dirty , so checked in and checked out at the same time. I was afraid my car would have no tires by the morning.

The rooms were dirty our A/C did not work and The activity at the location was pretty scary outside. Overall not worth the money Moldy shower curtains

The second room I couldn’t even shower because the peace was broke off to start the shower. That was definitely my first and last time staying

Nothing My family was coming in for a funeral and due to heavy rain our traveling time was delayed. I called the hotel and was told my room was still ready. The lady said the manager had stepped away. We get to the hotel, there is no front desk staff. Trash is in the halls and lobby. A guy comes out a room half sleep and gives me a key to a dirty room. The construction was everywhere. He said he was taking all my money when I requested a refund so I could find another hotel. He refused to talk to booking.com to complete the refund. I will never take my family back here. Don't waste your money nor time.

Fairly easy to locate. Entire building under renovations. Elevator barely working. Broken down cars in the lot. One of which torn apart with broken windows.

Nothing was right. Dirty rooms, tv wasn't working and the manager was not professional and was using profanity at me for no reason. Calling me bad names for no reason. And he would not give me all my money back and I was only there for like 30 or 45 minutes. Would not refer to anybody to stay there. Nothing he was very rude and rooms was dirty and the tvs didn't work, tried switching rooms multiple times but chose to leave because of the non professional atmosphere.

. Nothing Did not stay at property because they remodeled the property. rooms were unsanitary and messy and they would not return my money. guest do anything in that hotel and it is not a family friendly place.

Nothing The first room we were in the shower head was completely broken asked to be moved and that’s bathroom had mold all over the tub that we had to clean I understand being under construction but atleast cCLEAN THE ROOMS and having someone at the front bc I should have to wait wait 10 mins then have to call to get someone to be there

The hotel attendant was friendly The carpet was dirty with big pieces of mulch and the bedding smelled like someone's sweaty laundry.

Absolutely nothing I liked about this property Roaches, stinks, not clean and towels had stains on them, carpet was mildewy, the view out of my window was sad and nasty

Nothing, very dirty, room and all building since you entered had an awful smelling. Towels in restroom were very old you could tell because the were light brown Not white, pillows were yellow, covers on bed were stained. I dont know how they can still be in business. Immediately left and asked for refund. Haven’t received my refund yet. I have pictures to prove. Everything it a horrible place to stay. They showed us another room to try and accommodate us but it was still the same bad smell. Smell was bad that it hurt to breath. I could not sleep there breathing it in and sleep on the beds. Looks like they haven’t upgraded in 30 years

The location Nothing nasty as I don’t know what blood on the shower curtain walls. Nasty AC didn’t work trifling should be shut down.

I enjoy the staff very friendly and professional. I appreciate the calm safe environment Time for some updates and repairs
