property was little smelly, not sure because of excessive hot summer weekend, can be improved. otherwise good at price

HAD NO COURTESY FOR ME AND MY MOM AND SHE IS HANDICAP AND 61 y/o and they charge me $50 to check-in at one on 120° weather day. Please tell me where is the hospitality in this. We told them we were from another state visiting and they didn’t even care. They just wanted money. That’s all they’re worried about it. It’s sad. I will be saying that more expensive hotels because it’s more worth it. And also in the pictures I show is blood on the curtains so disgusting.

When I got to my room it was so dirty that I had to get the clerk to move me to another room. I walk into the second room and it’s rice all on the floor. I open up the microwave and it’s a plate of food that had been in there for days .The air conditioner only worked on 1 temperature, so I will never go back there.

Had to cancel my work trip earlier than expected and they refused to do a refund or switch my remaining nights to the week after that since I was planning on going back, so probably won’t be be staying there again.

Using a kiosk for check in or anything else we needed.

We liked our stay while in Virginia most of the time it was the kiosk that we talked to but they were nice. Next time in that area will stay again

Location None of the employees spoke English or barely spoke English at all. I couldn’t get a physical human to talk to everything was through a kiosk. The room was nasty, sheets stained, curtains stained, the sink had black mold

Kiosk was the main staff breakfast sucked no eggs or meat only waffles milk wasn’t in a carton just awful rooms nasty staff don’t speak English I’m currently waiting on refund for one night cancelled my second night and was charged early cancellation fee I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews lesson learned.

Definitely not what was expected

Hotel wasn’t clean. I was greeted by a roach before I got into the front lobby. The door handle came off the bathroom door in our room so we ended up leaving because we had no access.

My room was 207 the middle of the bed sunken I could only sleep on one side of the bed, ask for housekeeping to change bedding came back to room later that night nothing was changed spoke to front desk about the situation all I got was an I was very dissatisfied with that Bed two sleepless nights

If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!

The smell was to much at times no water pressure in the shower the back door seemed as it had been broken into

Forgot stains in carpet

The property has an unpleasant smell, and the bed was very uncomfortable. They also advertise that you can pay at the property, but they still attempt to charge your card beforehand. If the charge declines, they may give your room to the next guest. This policy was frustrating and misleading. I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on my experience.

First room had a disgusting smell of mold and then found black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The furniture and flooring were broken/chipped and peeling. Had my room switched and the mattress smelled of urine

The location was good for what we needed The smell of the entire down stairs of the hotel stunk and smelled moldy and the bathroom door we couldn’t get closed, looks like they took down the regular doors and replaced them with a sliding door that has nothing to grab hold of to pull it shut. The guy behind the desk was hardly ever there. There was tons of noise and yelling in the hallway around 11 pm and it’s not far from front desk, no one came to see what was going on. Got up the next morning and the entire hall smelled of marijuana.
