I genuinely got coffees from their machine everyday all day for my fiancé and I 0 issues. Had my service dog 0 issues. Only issue was some people that came in loud and screaming at night and I called the front and they ended up getting kicked out. I actually thought the kiosk was pretty cool. There were staff during day/morning just not late at night.

It is convenient to where I wanted to go I requested my bed be made everyday

Hotel is dirty, old, bad smells, dirty floors, broken shower, no hor water, kitchenette empty, no suply…

This property is very clean snd well maintained. The continental breakfast is okay. The price is affordable.

Spacious rooms for family. Cooking efficiencies. Indoor pool could use better ventilation. Live receptionist has me waiting and trying to check in for almost a hour. He muted his mic and continues to talk to someone else. I call hotel the same live agent answers the phone I ask him is he going to check me in after about 30mins this guy proceeds to hang up on me and disappears off the screen. I requested for help on screen for the 5th time and a different agent comes and Im having to submit my id for the 4th time for an already paid reservation. Bout an hour later I'm able to check in time frame was about 12 am didn't get to room until 1:20.

Room was clean

NOTHING!!! It was not semi friendly like they said the rooms are dated and disgusting. The room we booked was not what we got several people had this happen during my stay it’s clear they are posting rooms they don’t have to get you to book. When I tried to discuss concerns to front desk staff it was pointless! Went to breakfast there was a man so high off drugs he was nodding out in his plate. The shower doesn’t get warm the hallways smell like marijuana and the rooms have a stench of mold and mildew. This place is not safe or family friendly!!!

No staff at the hotel. You are greeted by a kiosk with someone on a screen from a call center. Told not to have guests at the hotel, but found someone sleeping on a chair in the hallway on my floor. The hair dryer was broken with the fan blades exposed which hit my finger and caused a knot in my hair. Didn’t feel safe with a lack of staff and strange men in the hotel. Loud guests and someone trying to use a keycard to get in my room while I was sleeping.

There are hardly staff on property, you have to check in via kiosk and speak to someone over that. They were rude and unhelpful. If they tell you that you can park here for your cruise, that is untrue. They told several of us that we could prior to booking. Once we got there, they called us liars. That was the very first interaction with staff. The room was gross for the cost, dead roaches scattered on the floor. They do not change the sheets on the beds, you can see and smell what I mean. Ick. The breakfast they offer has no protein available. If you like carbs and being hungry an hour later, you’ll love it. They also leave the doors to the outside unlocked all night long, anyone can come and go at any time. For what they charge, it is a terrible experience. The list could go on and on… do not stay here!

The bed was comfortable and clean, air conditioner worked well, parking was convenient. The room was not as clean as I expected, and there was a knocking sound periodically throughout the night. There was no staff to welcome me I had to check in via kiosk- never experienced that before - NOT a fan, very impersonal. Btw I did not arrive late, arrived around 4:30pm!

Great price and it was clean, except for the rugs in the room. The rugs are dirty.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. I'm put in the same room each week, which is a plus.

The bathroom don’t was working

All in all the hotel was OK. It was clean and I think for the price that you pay it was OK, but don’t let the pictures on the website for you. The pictures make the hotel look a little bit more Richie than what it is. The photos also made the pool look bigger than what it is.

Not terrible but not good either. Room and property is in pretty rough shape. The main part of the review is that it’s a kiosk check in so there’s no one up front to help if you forget an item. Even worse was the kiosk agent said I could check in earlier if I cancelled my reservation through the third party site and rebooked directly through the hotel site at the same rate. Seems pretty shady on their part. All in all, I didn’t like the experience and will not stay here again.
