Easy to find When we walked in the carpet was dirty and when we got to our room the air conditioning wasn’t working at all . The walls were dirty and my feet were dirty from the floor.

I will never book a room here again I was so confused because the outside look good inside the room stinks like smoke and mildew . Ask to change room it was a little better but the fact I was charged that amount I wish I had been somewhere else I was miserable I would not use the showers. 😭 never again.

It’s was nasty and very much not cleaned before I got there. It smelled like mildew constantly and I made the mistake of opening up under the kitchenette sink to look for the trash can when I was smacked by an even worse smell than the mildew. I stuck it out because I had driven 10 hours and paid nearly 500$ for three nights. I’m pretty sure the pillow had mold but I stopped looking because I just kept finding more and more nasty things. Checked out a whole night early because I just could do it anymore. Save your money and sleep in your car!!!

Roaches. Very disappointing because this is the 1st of 5 stays that bugs were an issue. They were in the fridge!

Rim was filthy. I had cockroaches on me during the night. Went to check out to complain and the entire desk area was gated and closed. I will never use this hotel system again. It was mortifying and disgusting. I left the keys and one of the dead roaches in the room on a table for staff to see. I did not feel safe at all there.

Paint was pealing off the walls. Bags of trash in the hallways over night and empty beer cans left in the elevator. Front desk is only manned till 10pm so you have to use the phone in the lobby to talk to an operator that contacts someone to check you if you’re a late check in. A/C was cold and not super loud.

Toilet was not secured to the floor, cabinet doors were separating at the bottom, hole in the wall across from the toilet. Dog barking in the hallway sometime around midnight and people in the room above was yelling and ranting! This place is one step above tent camping. Do not waste your money!!! Went somewhere else...

The AC worked really good. The microwave was dirty. There was no do to the bathroom. The refrigerator needed cleaning. The hallways stink.

Location No room service had to pay if you want bedding also towels and cookware no working carts to load your belongings, people camping in the parking lot, outside has trash someone even defecated in the stairway just nasty
