Paint was pealing off the walls. Bags of trash in the hallways over night and empty beer cans left in the elevator. Front desk is only manned till 10pm so you have to use the phone in the lobby to talk to an operator that contacts someone to check you if you’re a late check in. A/C was cold and not super loud.

Toilet was not secured to the floor, cabinet doors were separating at the bottom, hole in the wall across from the toilet. Dog barking in the hallway sometime around midnight and people in the room above was yelling and ranting! This place is one step above tent camping. Do not waste your money!!! Went somewhere else...

The AC worked really good. The microwave was dirty. There was no do to the bathroom. The refrigerator needed cleaning. The hallways stink.

Food locations near by I should walk into my room and have water on the floor, place smells like weed in the lobby upon the arrival, the safety lock on the door could stay secure had to use a chair. The microwave was dusty, fridge was was frozen. And the lobby should be 24 hrs and not selective hours

Room was clean but hallway and outside by door not so clean. The room 124 was clean but saw cockroach crawling on floor in room, I could not stay another night.

I normally don’t make reviews. I felt it was necessary to make one this time. This hotel needs to be shut down. It is so filthy. From the hallways to the elevator to the rooms. My room was roach infested so bad that I had to sleep in my car the majority of the time. It got so uncomfortable in my car that I had no choice, but to go back upstairs and sleep for another three hours I that bed. but I had to move the bed against the wall because I was afraid the roaches crawling on the wall would have gotten on the bed. I left all the lights on. The sheets had stains on them. I took pictures of everything. It was a nightmare scenario. No one to complain because the lobby was closed. All kinds of weird activity going on in the building. There were even roaches crawling on the side of the refrigerator. I had to take all of my things to the car and shake them in fear of infestation, and then I had to throw my luggage on the ground a few times to make sure there was no infestation. This is unacceptable and I don’t know how it’s even legal. I will take this review a little further.

Absolutely Nothing! The facility was very dirty. Bugs were in each room and I had to change one of the rooms. The property was false advertisement. Very harsh and poor conditions. We drove 3hrs to celebrate the holiday and ended up in a slum. The rooms were poorly unkept with dirty floors broken doors and bugs were in each room. I couldn’t afford to leave after spend $896.00 to vacation over the July 4th weekend.

The staff member was understanding of my concerns. The bed set was dirty, hallways smell like urine, and I didn’t like how the room didn’t look like the picture on the website.

Nothing It was roaches when we first entered directly in the middle of the floor and in the bathroom. The bathroom had hair in it and stains onto he counter.

The absolute dirtiest hotel I've stayed at and with my dogs in my entire life.

Dont let the pictures fool you- this place is a dump. Blatant illicit drug use directly in front of the hotel as well as multiple people working on their vehicles in the parking lot. As soon as you step in the front door, you're greeted with an overwhelming aroma of smoke and cat pee. Encountered one of the residents (it appears that most of the guests actually live here) walking her cat down the hallway... my room door didn't latch and would open simply by pushing on the door. As if that wasn't bad enough, my room was dirty- animal hair all over the floor and bedding, human hair still in the tub/shower, and trash in the trash can. The icing on the cake, however, were the roaches. I didn't even spend the night and left without being able to check out because the front desk closes in the evening and doesn't reopen until 9-10 am. When I contacted hotels.com (where I made my reservation), I was told "sorry for the inconvenience, but there are no refunds". 0 out of 5 stars... I wouldn't let my dog stay here.
