They are very very rude

I asked the guy who was at the reception to cancel the reservation which he did, but the hotel charged me $243!!! I need my money back!!!

Absolutely criminal to charge 260$ for such a horrific experience. I hope the place closes for eternity.

I booked a room last minute through Expedia and showed up 40 minutes later and the place looked permanently clised and on the window they had a piece of paper that said "sorry we are closed for today." I called the number to end up having some woman in Mississippi answered. She said she doesn't work with that company and not sure why hwr number is on there

I honestly didn't like anything about the property or the staff , the window has a paper saying be back in 15 minutes and he finally showed up after me sitting there for 45 minutes , on top of the fact that the photos they post on their page is not what you see in person not even the worker want to be there plus they have bums and Crack heads all around the parking lot

I got bed bug bitten on my second night of stay . I found it out on my way back to my country! I can tolerate Floor was sticky , bug was on te wall . Bed sheet was yellow and have some darker stain . I was asking front desk to change clean sheet , they gave me some sheet hard and has zip ( I realized now this is bedbug protector !!). Terrible place , will never ever go again . This kind of motel should not be here available at all to other victims!

I have traveled a lot in my days (62 years old) and I can truly say, I am appalled that this hotel is even on anyone's website to stay even for an hour, not alone over night. It was the worst experience I have ever had; I had to change my room from only being there 10 minutes (used the bathroom and the toilet was stopped up); there were used condoms on a chair (even after the front desk clerk, stated the maintenance guys just cleaned); no towel, tissue holders, no mirror in bathroom or hotel room; I took pictures, just so I could show anyone that wanted to see; I am requesting my money back and should have no problems in getting it back unless Expedia or whomever lists this facility really don't care about great customer service. They even have the nerve to request a $20 deposit just in case you damage the room, anything done, could have been an improvement. The towel (no washcloth) that was left was a white town with large black spots on them (she mentioned there washing machine had not been cleaned out, so that was the reason for the black spots)...to sum it up: UNBELIEVABLE!

The area was incredibly sketchy, and I felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. There were security guards everywhere, people walking around wearing bulletproof vests, and a lot of suspicious activity outside the property, including people appearing to solicit on the street. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I've ever had. The entire property felt run-down, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised. I travel often, and this is by far the worst place I've ever stayed. Expedia should seriously reconsider listing this property. I rely on Expedia because I expect a certain baseline of quality and safety, and this fell well below that standard. I checked out as quickly as I could and would never stay here again

This was absolutely the worst place I have been to in my life!!!!! It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. I wanted to go home the minute i saw it but everything in town was booked. The place was sold out even with my reservation. It's over 90 degrees and they asked me if I cared if the room had air or a TV. I said air is a must I did not care about the TV. Finally get the room there were bullet holes and burns in the "curtain" .the linen looked like they kept a piece from each homeless person that stayed there. The room was so dark and dirty and you coul see holes in the walls from the mice. There was no shower curtain rod shower curtain toilet paper, THEY HAVE BEDBUGS

I was forced to be on the streets at night in Chicago! I’m handicapped and use a walker and I had no where to stay…

Order a room through Expedia (third party app) and when i arrived the motel staff told me they hadn’t received the reservation for my room and they were having complications with booking through third party apps. They didnt have any extra rooms and it was just all over a horrible experience!

It was filthy for $711, it was terrible, two rooms were next to each other, I believe room 148 had poop on the walls, no AC, no wifi, found out I could have gotten the rooms for $97 a night, all in all I will never stay there again, no towels, rooms dim, across the street from oblock the projects, no place for the young adults I had with me, it wasn't safe at all, if you're grown and have an agenda then maybe yes you could use it as somewhere just to sleep Everything

I asked the front desk employee whether the area was safe, and his response was, “If you’re concerned about safety, then don’t stay here.” That response made me feel unwelcome and reinforced my concerns, so I decided not to stay.

Absolutely not a safe place to stay! Room smell of smoke and not up to date in what a hotel should look like. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend to anyone to stay. Place should be condemned.
