Very clean, easy access, great walking area Limited choices for food in the area.

The front desk was so helpful! Kelsey was amazing and took care of everything we needed. I highly recommend The Study! TV sound was capped and I have a hard time hearing. Minor annoyance is all.

The hotel staff were exceptional and accommodating. They even helped us get an Uber when we had issues securing a taxi. The food was a little iffy but the service staff were friendly and exceptional.

The location and restaurant TVs are not accepting wireless connection. Not possible to stream other contents directly.

Decor in lobby area, comfort of the lobby area, desk staff very helpful and knowledgeable, cleanliness, closeness to Obama Presidential Library, walkability of the campus from the hotel, and the Truth be Told restaurant. Pricing.

The hotel looked very nice and comforting. My room was specifically the TV wasn’t working, which was frustrating and then the bathroom was a little dirty, but overall the room was nice.

Cleanliness Nothing

The staff went above and beyond. The location was perfect for visiting the University of Chicago. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Location and friendly staff. Expensive for what it is.

Quiet and cozy. No fridge, we were close to the workout gym and there was a lot of banging noise.

The breakfast was good, and enabled me to have an egg cooked how I liked. Server was friendly and efficient Th ere could/should have been a coffee maker in the room. Hotels of this star rating either have 24 hour coffee in the lobby or a decent (ie Nespresso) maker in the room.

I like this hotel , it’s good value sometimes , Kenya at reception is wonderful, always so welcoming and helpful. Blow up extra bed had hole x 2 times then gave us a fold up bed that was perfect!

Near university of Chicago. Nicest hotel if you want to be close to the university. There was a delay in check in due to a power outage but they gave us a small sum off our bill to compensate us. The hotel is expensive so don’t stay here if you are looking for a value deal.

If you want to be near the University of Chicago, you cannot beat this location. We love the hotel´s subdued luxurious feel and decor, the peace and quiet and the spacious rooms. Breakfast is not included, but there are plenty of good options at their restaurant. We liked everything.
