I loved the location of the property as it was walking distance to the lake. I love that it had a restaurant downstairs and I was able to get breakfast lunch or dinner. There was absolutely nothing. I didn’t like about the property. I love the property.

Cleanses Nice and quite and perfect location

A few places close by for breakfast and other meals. Very convenient as a visitor to the University of Chicago. Staff is super nice. There is a black thick mat at the entrance in front of the door. It made rolling our suitcases very very very hard especially and since the doors are not automatic, it was again hard to open the doors.

Nice property, Friendly staff Kelsey at front desk was lovely., One elevator was broken. It was a busy weekend - and it took forever to get the one working elevator. No sign was posted ... after a day i figured out it was not is service. Noting it was a busy weekend . It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed. Service on Saturday was slow and we were often forgotten by our waiter.

There was not a free breakfast. They only had coffee in the lobby. Not even hot water. We were on the 6th floor, so there was no street noise. They had lots of art books in the lobby. Since I booked through a 3rd party, they could not give me a receipt/bill. The room did not have a refrigerator or a bath tub. The closet was tiny, with only room for hanging 6-8 things. We could not easily walk to a mini-mart or liquor store. Food seemed especially expensive.

If ypur going to the Obama museum there is no better location. A ten minute walk down the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The television channel available were nonexistent.

The location and walkability The pillow were horribly flimsy and having to use the key in the elevator with full hands was a nightmare

The location was great. We went to the Obama Presidential Center, which was within walking distance. The design was nice but worn. The first room we got had an incredible view as it was a corner room on the top floor. However, there were spiders on the windows, including inside. As well as in the bathroom. It looked like they had been there for a while! The carpeting was old. It was decent but definitely needs an upgrade or a good cleaning. With no refrigerator or microwave, it was hard keeping our snacks and leftovers from restaurants cold or fresh. It just didn't have all of the bells and whistles we are used to.
