No amenities but free parking very close to downtown Chicago
-
The pool was empty, the lobby had no bathroom and there was trash outside the room
-
It's a motel
-
Free parking! Loads of nice places to eat near the hotel!
-
No thanks

The room was fine. Very accessible. Free parking and a short walk to the Metra, which was sooo awesome. There were a couple dirty towels left hanging in the bathroom though, which is our only real complaint that it seems like it wasn't fully cleaned before we arrived.
-
The property was noisy with a terrible smell like a chemical factory. We moved out before we stayed a night. We were given a refund
-
The room was clean, the staff very helpful. Parking directly in front of the room. The location and pricing was great for our purposes.
-
No water in the pool.

The property location is excellent! However, the staff doesn't seem knowledgeable about protical, nor is a manager available or a regular basis. In fact, the staff could not provide a definite tome any manager would be on site. One night the electricity went out in the building and stsyed out until the next morning at 8am, and no one could say why(the weather was fine at that time)! I would not stay at this property again unless there was marked improvement in staff and management availability!!!!

Convenient location. Super clean and comfortable. Pleased with double-entry keys. Super affordable. Should be 5/5 or 10/10.

The property doesn't reflect the photos of the actual hotel. This is an old property the only benefit is location

Breakfast was another disappointment. I don't understand the purpose of having a breakfast card when the selection was so limited. The food consisted of fried potatoes, mushy scrambled eggs, and coffee that was so weak it tasted more like tea. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the lack of service and the poor quality of the breakfast.

The room was clean and well laid-out / comfy bed / very helpful staff / parking was super convenient

Great choice if you're driving, for it provides plenty of parking space (I'm exactly sure if the parking is free, but very likely it is). I also found it's location in walking distance to stores including a Wholefoods and eating places. Also bus and trains to downtown and Univ of Chicago campus. But if you need to get to your place quickly, you should use Uber. The hotel free shuttle is no longer working.

My room was clean, bed was clean. Very pleased with the room. Only down part was the drain was clogged in the shower. Staff was kind, the hallways were dirty and had a funky smell but didn’t smell it once I went into my room. Was visiting from out of state and was informed by more than one person that this was the furthest south we were told to go before it becomes dangerous FYI.

We needed a place to stay due to inclement weather. It was very good for the price.
-
While the property itself is not great, the rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable. There are no amenities. The location is quite removed from the city and better if you have a car.
-
Had free parking. Good location. Super convenient.

Très proche pour aller au centre de Chicago! Hotel Renover très beau on était bien
