Good location. Staff were all helpful.

When we left they advised we would receive receipt of the stay until after we returned the keys, which I found odd because I would like to see what I was beinging charged for. There was suppose to be a $55.00 credit for damage to the room. Also, the shower heads look like they had not been cleaned at all. It was black stuff stuck in the shower heads, didn't feel safe taking a shower. Unacceptable!

The location was great!! Initially, the tight street and uncertainty of where to park so that I can quickly check in was questionable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Didn’t care for the free breakfast, it was dried out from the heat lamp the day I attempted to try it. Staff was very helpful. So much to do within walking distance, including eat so I was still satisfied even though I didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. My room was clean. Lastly, parking was a breeze, it’s also in and out parking for $43/daily (cheaper for Chicago). Loved the location, restaurants and local shopping nearby by!!

My room had a handicap bathroom. When I took a shower water pooled on the bathroom floor and ran into the entrance. I asked for a new room but it was busy and one couldn't be found. I asked for help getting a taxi and staff tried to download the Uber app on my phone. I couldn't understand why they couldn't call a cab for me.

The hotel served it's purpose. We were there for a wedding and it was close by. Hotel was very nice and in the middle of everything. Would come back and also recommend it to anyone who will be staying there.

Wow! What a great experience this was. I love how when I walked in the hotel I immediately saw smiling faces and a poster of President Obama in the corner. It was right on brand for my stay as I was visiting the Obama Presidential Center for the Grand Opening weekend. The breakfast was delicious and I love that we had a space to park at the hotel. This hotel was convenient for my commute in Hyde Park. I will be back. Thank you, staff for your service and kind hospitality!

Secure facility in neat area of town with good shops and restaurants adjacent. Easy parking.

Directions for parking not explained properly,there was no water available for purchase.Breakfast ten out at 8am and not replaced in a timely manner.Pool is too small and we were unable to enjoy it.Front desk was not accommodating.Overall bad experience

Easy to access parking and a good option if you need to stay close to the University of Chicago. Very busy area on weekend nights.

Hyde Park is gorgeous. This hotel respects the neighborhood. Staff is cool, rooms are clean. This is the spot.

Great location, parking garage, breakfast and….. kid friendly!!!! Definitely can’t beat the price!!!!

Downside is parking if you have a car. Approximately $40 a day.

Staff was friendly, water pressure was good, and breakfast was pleasant. That said....the air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly. It was set for 65 when we got there. We bumped it up to 68. That said...the thermostat showed that it was actually 80 for most of the night. Did not sleep well as a result.
