This room was not even available, the entire location seemed to be under lease with a literal real estate agent poster on the wall outside the property. Contact was absolutely non existent, and I wasn't even able to get a refund for my trouble when I was left stranded for a moment in Chicago. Extremely unprofessional by Expedia to not double check their contacts within their hotel and motel network, and had to rebook another motel on extremely short notice, again with no compensation or make up, and had to pay for the new motel in full. Extremely unprofessional.

Hotel went out of business
-
Place was closed down and boarded up when we arrived
-
They were closed when I got there.
-
I didn’t stay the establishment was boarded up
-
Didn't have a room held, even though I already paid for a reservation!

This was my worst hotel experience ever. I reached the property and they didn’t have any rooms even though I had a reservation. After getting on chat support with hotels.com for an hour with no good resolution as everything in Chicago was booked that night, suddenly the hotel gave me a “less than desirable” room which didn’t have light in it, had cockroaches roaming around, and was generally not fit to inhabit. However given the late hour I decided to just take it for one night. I feel that hotels.com should compensate me for the amount of the booking at least, through One Key cash for a future booking.

2. They told us we needed to move our car because “homeless come in sometimes” so we were constantly checking to make sure no one was messing with our car. 3. The lock on our door was only secure from the outside and front desk key. 4. There was trash, rat/mouse poop and what we hoped was food and drink stains all over the room including the furniture. 5. The bed sheets were clean but the pillowcases were dirty and stained. 6. The Tv was nothing but staticky and there was no WiFi, the tv stand had a busted out cabinet. 7. The curtains were taped to the walls with medical tape to keep them closed. 8. There were holes in the walls everywhere some taped over with the same tape as the curtains. 9. The smoke alarm was missing and had incense sticks hanging out. 10. The bathroom door had a huge hole in it where the door handle should have been. 11. The sink and tub were nasty that we didn’t shower, and if we wanted to we had only one small bar soap that was covered in dirt and hair on the wrapper. 12. We had two hand towels and the no bath towels and the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall. 13. The main light was just a dull light bulb that didn’t light up the room at all. 14. Only good thing was the A/C and heat worked.

Nothing, wait I like the fact I could lock the door! the property is in a bad location with ppl yelling and screaming at all hours of the day. There was a full blown fight at 6am, followed by loud music to wake everyone up in the morning. Somebody knocked on my door at 7am the previous morning asking about “his id” on top of all of that the bed was infested with bed bugs, absolutely disgusting
-
staff was friendly and helpful the room was dirty and had holes in the walls and very dark room, only one single bulb in room and one in bathroom, no wifi and in a very sketchy area, it appeared to be used for prostitutes
-
My room was broken into it was loud by other guests and cop activity made the stay horrible
-
It’s So Dirty
-
Under new ownership of arabs and Africans and it looks like it. Holes in the walls from maintenece AND mice, no wifi, homeless folks sleeping in and around the place, maintenace leaves trash in the center of the parking lot for the hobos to rummage through.

I would feel safer sleeping on the street than this motel.

If you are wanting a cheap motel for the night, this is it. Just keep in mind that it’s cheap for a reason. Upon arrival, we noticed a used needle/syringe on the ground. The sheets of the bed were stained so we had to ask for new ones. The shower leaked, there was no mini fridge/kitchenette, no lamps or additional lighting. Not a big deal for a one night stay but maybe for longer periods. The actual place was dirty beyond repair (the stairs, the railings, the storage rooms, the roof overhang). Overall, we had a good stay - but if you’re looking for comfort over price, this is not the place.
-
This property was so dangerous! Horrible neighborhood. Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at. Sheets were full of stains and dirty. There was an electric wire hanging from the roof! Big fire hazard! Dirtiest bathroom. See pictures. We didn’t stay there. We check out earlier.

Do not come here. Not worth the cheap price, the room smells like cigarettes, the bathroom door was broken, there was a huge hole on the wall of the bathroom, we saw a big roach in the bathroom, no shower curtain, no toilet paper, the toilet had poop, the comforter had stains, it was awful. Good luck to the next people that stay in that room.

Nothing, it literally was not clean or safe to stay in There were exposed wires. When I told the person at the lobby about it and that it was unsafe he literally laughed at me.

I would never never never never utilize this place as it last resort because of my bad experience at the motel 6 yet again for one nightmare to another
