The bathroom smelled/urine, both ice machines were down.

Ice machine is not working and keys stop working at times have to get them replaced. The housekeeper I think her name is Wendy is amazing, caring, thoughtful and kind.

Worst experience ever!!! Check in was super difficult no staff around to help us with our booking problems that we had. Room was dirty and smelly. No towels. Hard to get a hold of any worker to help us get towels. Never want to come here again.

Didn't stay the full stayed, they owe me one night back about $51.00 dollars.still waiting on refund this is one more negative thing about this hotel..

FOOD CRUMBS UNDER BEDSHEETS!! Repulsive. Everything else was brought down in great measure by this one detail. It’s the one thing I was really excited for. a clean, soft bed. Needless to say I did not sleep well.

Room was not cleaned properly before my arrival. There was no batteries for the remote. There was graffiti. I requested a downstairs room but got an upstairs room. Requested to speak to manager several times but she would never contact me

Always a great stay the kiosk always takes care of me and the staff makes sure I’m checked in without a problem

I asked for a non smoking room. It smell like cigarettes no fridge. Wasn't happy about the ice machine. And no hair dryer.
