Best Western Pine Tree Motel

Note also that the smell from 50 years of past smokers is engrained in the plaster. They should just tear it down.

Will be back again!

First time here, the staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was very clean, lighting was good, comfortable beds. The only things that I can bring to their attention. 1st Update soda machine, 2nd chairs in room too low for tables 3rd the air conditioner was super loud, that we joke about it. The breakfast was tasty and a nice clean pool with plenty of chairs to relax on.

Great

Beautiful property, loved all the trees very clean . Breakfast was ok not many options

It’s so peaceful clean room nice staff always good breakfast everything is excellent

It was clean

It was such an awful experience i got terrible bug bites from their mattress and pillow. There were small bugs in their mattress that bit me so bad i got swelling all over my forehead, neck and both my arms and even on my chin. I was so itchy and swollen and all red. It was a horrible stay. I do not recommend staying here. However, the staff is really nice and helpful but the property and cleanliness is horrible. If possible I would have given a negative star rating.

Very well maintained.

I had a wonderful time here. I chose this location because it was near my wedding venue. I was able to rest up before my big day and afterwards! It was very spacious, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was good, they had boiled eggs, toast, oatmeal, orange juice, and pancakes. The staff was very helpful during check in and check out.

Room is generally clean and the cleaning lady was very responsible. The location is quite good, convennient to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is good. Parking is ok, with some spaces quite tight.

The staff was great, the breakfast was good, I loved my stay!

I have been to tons of hotels through expedia, in and out of country. Never have I booked then been turned down by a hotel because my name is listed as Coach here. I was shocked they turned down a guest who paid. I really avoid complaints, but wow. I gave cpr to patients that night and wanted a night away from home, but he was saying they cant accept me.

Very clean very safe nice environment staff were very nice

great breakfast that varied; close parking (but not full cable TV); pool..

Delay in checking in

El desayuno exquisito.

Simply amazing definitely coming back

First night the bathroom was overflowing with toxic sewer water , staff was not helpful and did respond in a positive manner, every time I left the room and returned the key was not operational, had to get new keys and staff was not professional and gave me a bad time. The next day I demanded a change of room and staff was put out and angry. Once entering the room, the air conditioner was not operating efficiently and staff didn’t what to hear about it air conditioner was not operating efficiency and staff refused to be helpful because the maintenance man was gone for the day, poor customer service and dirty

No hot water/loud air conditioner
