Best Western Pine Tree Motel

Wonderful place, older but extremely well cared for. Clean big room, friendly helpful staff. Close to all activities and centers. Will stay there again if ever in that area.

There was very rude man(Marcus) I believe is what he said his name was sitting near the lobby restroom/breakfast area. When I arrived at the hotel I had been driving through California a few hours. I had to use the restroom very badly. While the clerk was taking care of other guest, I walked towards the restroom The man was like what do you want? I told him I had to use the restroom. He then very very rudely replied “NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS” , I then replied I am a guest checking in and I really need to use the restroom. He said it again like I was someone walking in of the street. Then an elderly lady walked out of kitchen area and said that it was used for storage area. I was like ok whatever and went to check in and asked the clerk if could use a restroom she replied no one uses the restroom that are marked restroom. I was like I never been any where in the world, where there’s not restroom for guest in the lobby/breakfast area.Then another lady out from the back and said those restrooms are for employees only. I got four different answers on using the restroom. Oh yea by the way my safe didn't work. Terrible customer service at check in. Don’t think I will be guest there again. Retired Military Veteran!

No hot water in the shower they tried to fix it but it still wasn’t hot we took luke warm showers

We found bugs on the floor and asking to rent another room due to how small the room was turned out to be like pulling teeth.

Clean rooms

Really enjoyed the inviting atmosphere of the property layout and the staff was so welcoming. We only stayed one night but will definitely plan to come back.

We didn’t visit the pool, but it looked clean and maintained. For a single night with kids it was easy to access and check in and a great size. I would stay again.

Location It’s pretty old and way overpriced. My wife ate a boiled egg at the breakfast and it made her sick. It’s way overpriced for sure.

Will return in the future.

A little hidden gem, don’t be put off by the motel status. The grounds and rooms are well kept and the cleaning team are very good at what they do. Although the rooms are dated, what I think is most important is the cleanliness and they focus well on this, all the staff were friendly and helpful in all departments. Parking is free and plentiful, right outside your door which is helpful for luggage. The breakfast was great, very clean and well maintained area with all the usual options, hot & cold AND till 10am!!…amazing for late risers:) The pool, small but adequate was sadly cold for early June our 4yr old didn’t last 20mins - if the pool was warmer it would have been a perfect stay but still close enough!:)

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The property was clean and they had a variety of breakfast available. Overall a nice property and comfortable stay.

Room was unique, spacious and well maintained. Parking directly in front of room was super convenient. Breakfast was hot and fresh and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
