Very well priced great staff

The man who checked me in and was friendly. No vending or ice machine, seem like the bathroom fan would kick on and off on its own, toilet seat did not feel clean, it looked like the curtains were held up with thumbtacks, the TV remote was caked with nastiness, The bathroom sink sprayed all over the place when you turned it on had no water control, The heater didn't heat, The toilet seat was loose even though it was a non-smoking room it smelt like smoke

Nothing The room given was very bad. The bed has Cigarette marks all over it and the staff were rude as well

I got a rash from the bedding all over my body Non friendly staff

The wifi worked well. Room was not ready upon arrival, bed wasn't made, no remote for television, they switched me to another room that had dirty towels, a remote with no batteries, it took the guy 30 minutes to come back with new batteries for the remote and there was literally no one else at the motel. The final straw was around 10pm when the roaches came out so I packed my things and left. The claim there debit/credit card reader is down and only accept cash for the rooms

Quiet They gave me raggedy room in the back it had roaches the shower didn’t work right it filled up looks liked the door had been kicked open before I’ve stayed there before and I didn’t have a room that looked like that so that was very unacceptable especially for the price when they have better rooms

Very clean rooms, all appliances and electronics work properly, quiet and safe !!!

There was no breakfast and I had to check out earlier than what I thought I could check out which was at 12 and I had them knocking on my door at 950 to check out by 10 The advertisement why lie and say something that they can't meet

Bedding was dirty and had human hairs Sink was dirty Showers handle dirty We had to ask for clean towels

Plus, they didn't take a deposit. And if you have a lot of things, it's convenient for those with a car and they aren't bothered by street noise. There is a noisy road nearby and cars park under the windows. A thin blanket, although there is a heater, but somehow you don’t want to listen to it all night. The shower was not very clean.

Although very reasonably priced and one of the least expensive motels in the area, the Galleria Inn Montclair/Ontario had an 8.1 rating when we booked our room, which was significantly higher than all comparably priced properties. THIS IS NOT A TYPO OR A FLUKE!!!! The Galleria Inn Montclair/Ontario make look a little run down from the road, but the rooms are spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable and quite roomy. The heater in the room works incredibly well, and we were very comfortable. As one of the other recent reviewers said, "THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN" if our travels bring us back to the area! We have no complaints.

Someone was pacing up and down the parking lot the whole time we were there The door jam had really bad repairs from previously being kicked in. The manager argued about not having a room after canceling mine and then offered me my room again. Paid for nothing

It was okay Well there was ants in the bathroom and it could of been clean better

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The room was very clean and looked modern. I definitely recommend this hotel. Very convenient location and accessible.

No breakfast first of all they dont offer it. . Check out is at 10am instead of 11am. But other then that it's pretty good. How check out is at 10am when i work long hours I love all the sleep I can get . Wish it had a later check out time.

The staff are amazing. Very nice and make u feel welcome I have no complaints i very much enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there again
