Motel 6 Claremont, CA

The room was large but lacking in furniture. There was significant vacant space and a sofa or comfortable chair was lacking. Bathroom door knob was loose and the latch was completely missing. This was repaired when I advised of the issue but the door also needed shaved as it barely would close. What was apparently intended to be touch-up painting appeared to have been by drunken monkeys or completely unskilled and uncaring individuals. Flat white paint was used on the off-white semi-gloss paint in the bathroom. Paint was on the door hinges, door knobs and splattered on the luggage rack.

This place is so run down. Paint peeling, rusty faucets, the door barely locked. Dirty floor, garbage under the bed. Really ratty old towels. One bar of soap, that’s it. Rusty shower with stain marks all over it. Flat pillows. One thin blanket. This place is gross.

Air conditioning was perfect during a severe heat wave.

You get what you pay for. For the price it was fair

It’s needs a major rehab. Also found roaches. Location is great but it needs some work!

I liked how there was a starbucks at walking distance. The toilet seat had a stain on it which tells me it had not been cleaned. They left the previous guest soap (used) in the shower for us to use apparently. The towels were stained with some sort of red which I believe looked like makeup. I did not let my kids shower because I did not know if the towels were washed or simply folded back up and put back for us to use after they dried. Also, it was nasty standing in my nasty water that was not draining as I was showering. The location was the only thing I enjoyed.

Staff was not very welcoming and we were told we were going to have to wait 20 minutes to check in for the system to reboot. There was a gauze square with blood on it in the stairs. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower had multiple spots of black mold. No shower liner and pealing paint. TV didn't work.

I liked the staff and the room by the pool. And the big pool. And the location. Some of the people who roomed by me.

It was close to everything Didn't have an elevator, no pictures on the wall, a door going to the next room was uncomfortable, the soap was to small, not an extra table, no drawers, no closet and no clock.

Staff was good. My room was nice. And my room was very nice and clean. The guest next to me were loud and distrubing.

Had a lovely stay here after the convention! My only comment is that when we checked out beds before settling in, there were stains on the sheet and some twing looking bites on the blanket, which just needed to be dusted off. Overall great experience!

Immediately upon arrival the place was dirty and in need of maintenance and there were really shady people checking in. It felt usafe. Smelt like weed and front desk was rude.

Amenities that I noticed, except an unused pool. No toiletries (shampoo/conditioner), assuming one wanted to try the moldy looking shower. No iron or board. Staff was not helpful.

Very nice and clean rooms mattresses like new , great front desk people, manager Rigo very nice guy and good with discount. Nice place and great parking lighted like day light .. and air conditioning very cold and quiet and the pool super clean

I had to change rooms because they had roaches in one of them
