Initially the room is clean. But the microwave didn't work. And there was a roach in the shower. Smelled a lot like smoke.

I've unfortunately stayed at this location at least a hundred times in the past couple of years, and it's by far the most unhygienic, sketchiest M6 location I've ever stayed at. I tolerated it for the price and location, but now have no reason to not leave a review. Obvious drug dealing or maybe even trafficking is being allowed, there are constant visitors and constant noise even on weeknights with people blaring their speakers as they circle the lot. The housekeeping rarely has rooms available on time, and sheets and towels are often visibly dirty, smell of mold, or seem to have not been changed from the last guest. Cockroaches too, in every first floor room I've stayed in. Some rooms smell so strongly of cat or dog urine that it's clearly not cleanable. Piles of trash bags sit outside for days letting litter blow into the wind. Guests sit outside their "non smoking" room and smoke cigarettes and more with no concern for how it affects other guests. I even had a ring stolen, the only thing I inherited from my dead father, and chose not to report it to police to avoid innocent people being targeted by ICE. The ownership is clearly unconcerned with the cleanliness or safety of the property, and anyone considering this property should avoid it if they are able to.

Easy parking

The property overall was OK and the pool was nice but our room was pretty bad. One of the lights didn’t work, the showerhead was broken and badly clogged with calcium so it blasted you like a pressure washer, a metal piece of floor molding that looks like it’ll cut your foot open is screwed down with one screw and flopping around so you had to step over it, lots of shady activity going on in the parking lot constantly, the fridge door is tucked in the corner and the door opens the wrong way so it’s really hard to get your food in and out of there and the microwave is sitting on top of it and looks like it was ripped out of some thing it was bracketed to and the old brackets are still on it so the microwave is tilted at an extreme angle. Come on Motel 6! The only plus was the King size bed was comfortable.

Very big and nice and clean. One of the best motel 6 experiences.

A guest there had a PIT BULL ( UNLEASHED ) and I politely asked her to be respectful and responsible of other guests , including myself with the concerns we had of our smaller dogs that were in leashes. She was reported to the front desk, however I do not know if they brought it to her attention. My check out day was for the next day. Also a lot of Homeless people hang out around the property.

Very peaceful. Very big and very nice.. All the workers I've come across have been nothing but helpful. I felt very welcomed here. Thank you!

Lobby smelled like incense burning and curry ,to them it smells good to us customers it doesn't,,Air freshness would be much better .. I walked in and 2 ppl were arguing in there language (Hindu or Pakistani) and still continued even when i was standing in front of the check in counter ,too buizy with there conversation to pay any eye to eye conversation ,not very friendly no smiles no warmth to there greeting ..rooms were ok , clean ,the black out curtains don't cover the top part letting in alot of light glowing in the ceiling and keeping us up all night .. The price was reasonable the room was clean , the parking was easy ,the location is great ,right off the 10 fw and many choices and restraunts to eat at within walking distance..sorry I wrote the review backwards..

The cost Live roaches in sink area, burn holes in sheets, no remote for the TV, dog food found on floor near mini fridge. The trash bins were dirty, we found old French fires and dog food when removing the trash bags. Key card didn't work upon arrival then the staff refused to give my husband a replacement key card.
