Easy check in. The room looked decent. AC took a few hours to get cold but it worked. There we're a couple of small packets of shampoo conditioner and the tiny square bar of soap. Couple plastic cups. The sink handle had foundation or makeup on it. The lights in the room were way too bright, I think we just kept the lights off. The noise level was fine, pretty quiet overall. It seemed okay. And then... At about 5:30am..... Cockroaches! Yup... Early checkout. It wasn't horrible overall, but I won't go back.

Love it here. Whenever I have a trip to Ontario I stay here.

Room was clean and exceeded expectations. It was plenty of parking. Staff was pleasant. The shower handle was a little loose. The ghetto bird was in the air looking for someone so that was a little uncomfortable on a Saturday night stay. Otherwise, the room was spacious, clean, and everything else work. The TV even had cable channels. It’s a solid stay!

Well maintained, very clean, accommodated a late (same day reservation) without a price increase and very safe. It is located at a major street intersection, yet did not hear the traffic nor neighbors. I would definitely use this particular property again. Also, the room included a real ironing board, steam iron, and a blow dryer!

Felt very safe here. Staff was kind and helpful. Plenty of parking. Had a nice quiet stay. :)

The bathroom was the worst part. There were live roaches and flies, and the shower wall looked like it had dried feces smeared on it. To make matters worse, there were long red hairs in the shower that clearly weren’t mine—I’m bald and stayed in the room alone. It made me question how well the room had been cleaned before my arrival. The only positive thing I can say is that parking was easy. The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had an 8-star rating, but after this experience, I don’t understand how it received such high reviews. This taught me not to rely solely on ratings. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’d rather pay more and sleep and shower in a clean environment. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

They're cool, I don't have to worry about anyone bothering me. It's a literal escape from anyone or anything for me.

Check in late from work tired fell to sleep to woke up to shower and it don’t work try various ways to turn it on told em at front desk had to leave back to work sucks no shower stay away

Hi, don't know what happened to it. The owner is a really nice guy. The people that cleaned the rooms need to step up their game. Has cockroaches, both rooms was the same the first room I got was not clean. It had someone's old underwear, and when I lift up the sheet, somebody's eyelashes really bad conditions do not recommend staying here
