Frequently asked questions

What should I look for in wedding hotels in Ontario?
A hotel with ample reception and banquet space is key. The properties on this list range from about 3,300 square feet of event space at Embassy Suites Ontario Airport to about 13,000 square feet at DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport. On-site guest rooms let your out-of-town guests stay where you celebrate, and many hotels offer getting-ready suites (availability varies by property).
How do I compare hotels for my wedding guests in Ontario?
Start with proximity to your ceremony venue and the airport serving Ontario. Then compare room counts (the hotels on this list range from 175 to 482 guest rooms), distance from the reception site, and amenities that matter to your guests. Engine lets you search and compare these hotels side by side.
How do I book a block of rooms for out-of-town wedding guests?
For a stay of 9 or more guest rooms, Engine Groups handles the booking. For 8 rooms or fewer, you can book self-serve through Engine. Both options offer pre-negotiated rates, consolidated invoicing, multiple payment options, and no membership fee.
Should I choose a hotel close to my ceremony venue?
A hotel near your ceremony makes the day easier for your wedding party and guests who are traveling in. DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport, Delta Hotels by Marriott Ontario Airport, and Embassy Suites Ontario Airport are all near the airport serving Ontario, which is convenient for guests flying in. You can filter by location on Engine to find the right fit.
Can Engine help with both guest rooms and the reception space?
Engine Groups handles your guest-room block if you need 9 or more rooms. The hotel's own event and reception space can be booked through Engine Spaces, Engine's free marketplace of hotel meeting and event spaces across the U.S. and Canada, or you can arrange it with the hotel directly.
