DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport

Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Only challenge was getting hotel shuttle to pick me up at airport. Room very nice. Hotel property very nice.

Real clean

Clean spacious rooms, very comfortable mattress. Hotel wa nicely done. To tell it had been renovated they still needed to do the tub in our bathroom it was old but the rest is really great was a comfortable room we really just stayed there one night to go to the airport the next morning and it was very convenient to the airport

Place was clean couldn’t expect anything better enjoy the night.

The staff were courteous and helpful. However, the property is older and in need of renovation. The carpet throughout the hotel and elevators is visibly worn. The wall to the room was exceptionally long, as it was located in another building far from the lobby. Most importantly, the room had a musty odor. It's probably ok for a night or 2, but the hotel was very average and not worth the money.

Our room smelled like dirty socks, the room was warm and ac was set on 71+ which was warm for the hot and humid NY weather. Breakfast had 3 choices only and the juice portion was like a shot glass. The only good thing about the hotel was closeness to the TS for those who want to stay in TS or see broadway shows. There was also a loud noise like construction or hammering for the two nights around 1-2.

Very nice hotel! Good staff, the only problem was so many bugs in the pool and the spa made it feel like a 1 star hotel from that standpoint, otherwise it was very nice.

Everything is good

Staff was very helpful, close to the airport with free shuttle and easy to access the shuttle area and times.

The double queen room seemed bigger than the average room. It fit all five of us comfortably. The property seems larger than normal, as there are different buildings. They check in desk is very helpful and give you a map. They also provided us with complimentary cookies for the number of people in our party.

It was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in.

We needed to go to the convention center. This hotel is within a few minutes of walk. Building slightly old but it is very well maintained and managed. Staff is courteous, room is clean, great overall.

Misty’s Lounge had a great band and vibe

The property itself was really nice and the location was super ideal but the room was super dirty and smelled like mildew.

A/c wasn't working I staid 1 night in hot room and ask for discount but front desk told me you had reservations from third party due to that they can't do anything. I think this is very disappointing.

the sheets were stained, housekeeping was not very professional when we requested a change and reprimanded the employee in front of us. They did not clean our room the next day even though we requested it at check-in and the day we checked out there was an impaired guest that had too much to drink and the front desk did nothing to keep us safe or remove us from the situation. I will never stay at a Double Tree again.

Everything was very good except the outdoor pool and hot tub were full of bugs like really bad.
