DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport

The Hotel is beautiful; the rooms are pretty well isolated from noise; as we had to attend an event there in the property and the high heat was horrendous outside, we arrived earlier than the time of check in and thanks to God with an extra fee they gave us a room that was ready at our arrival and with an upgrade from the one that we previously selected; the food is delicious and the employees from the breakfast restaurant they are Amazing; the venue for the event is so beautiful. The employees from the front desk are good but they look like tired and/or angry; we miss so much the great breakfast buffets that used to be prior to Covid; they don't have food room service; the pillows from the bed are hard and you could feel the springs in the mattress...; the AC was humid, we had to take our time to get ready for the event and avoid sweating even inside of the room after taking a shower because the AC wasn't cooling properly the room.

The staff here are a complete joke! I arrived earlier than expected so I checked in early with hopes to get our room sooner. They told me our check in is at 3pm which I understood and they also told me if the room was available sooner they will call. I waited until 3pm went back to the counter and our suit still wasn’t ready. The excuse was the person had checked out late and

Staff was helpful, property was clean. But the pool was closed . They said it was too hot to allow anyone in the pool. That made zero sense, on a beautiful sunny day!

Amazing stay from start to finish!

I had to issues or hassles checking in. I like that is was close and convenient to the Toyota Arena.

The customer service was outstanding!! That there was no room service. I had to hurry up , get dressed and go to breakfast to sit down and eat. I did not like the option for me to just come down.Order breakfast and take it back to my room.That's not acceptable for me. Other than that everything else was great!!

Room and facilities were clean. We are in the Steakhouse and the West Citrus restaurant. The Steakhouse food and service was excellent. The West Citrus food was normal, but the waitress got our order incorrect. We reported that the TV was not working to get the guide. We were told that the software needed to be rebooted, but was never done.

Carpet was a bit dirty. The room smells and there were tiny flies flying around

Parking garage on the second floor my room was on the sixth floor at the end of the building Staff was uninformative and caused me to spend more money

Had a nice sleep room was clean.

Great stay, warm and welcoming and very clean.
