DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport

We needed to go to the convention center. This hotel is within a few minutes of walk. Building slightly old but it is very well maintained and managed. Staff is courteous, room is clean, great overall.

Misty’s Lounge had a great band and vibe

The property itself was really nice and the location was super ideal but the room was super dirty and smelled like mildew.

A/c wasn't working I staid 1 night in hot room and ask for discount but front desk told me you had reservations from third party due to that they can't do anything. I think this is very disappointing.

the sheets were stained, housekeeping was not very professional when we requested a change and reprimanded the employee in front of us. They did not clean our room the next day even though we requested it at check-in and the day we checked out there was an impaired guest that had too much to drink and the front desk did nothing to keep us safe or remove us from the situation. I will never stay at a Double Tree again.

Everything was very good except the outdoor pool and hot tub were full of bugs like really bad.

The Person in the recepción was not very kindful

Few pain points was the expense of a simple bacon, egg, hash, brown and toast breakfast being $27 and nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom close to the shower. Overall great experience, would patronize again.

the hotel itself was fine, we felt the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming and enthusiastic. Also, a small issue occurred during our stay: the housekeeping team accidentally took my son's white T-shirt, likely mixing it up with the laundry. I brought this up to the front desk a few times, but it didn't seem to get much attention. I understand mistakes happen, but I hope you can look into this to improve the service for future guests.

Hotel was spacious, room was spacious. The only issue was the water of the shower was so light it took a long time to shower through. Room and towel was not very clean, noone cleaned our room unless we asked.

Room is clean and tidy. A travel kettle will be needed if you want a cup of tea in the room.

Everything was so nice, beautiful hotel

Absolutely gorgeous property. The restaurant was incredible and the staff were so gracious.

Breakfast should be included but was not (nothing included to eat or drink). Room clean but no amenities. Internet poor (cutting out a lot). No smart TV so nothing to watch. Did not attend the bar. All in all the rooms need a complete remodel to make modern and they need to update WiFi and update to smart TV's and include breakfast.
