I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton in Ontario. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was very centrally located, which made everything convenient. The pool was nice and clean, the sheets were fresh and clean, and overall, everything was really nice and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The pool was clean and well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.

Location and pool The Hotel standard is very low, no water or TV on day i arrived, room and bathroom not very clean.

The hotel offers an excellent shuttle service to the Ontario airport. it's very convenient to leave your car At the property. The staff, Jackie and Victoria, were exceptionally helpful. This is our go to hotel when we travel from Ontario airport.

Clean room and nice property but when I arrived the water was out (no water for shower toilet sink) for at least 30 minutes and TV service was out. At the front desk check in they told me about the TV but forgot to tell me about the water so when I got to my room I got undress to take a shower and found out the hard way there was no water! I called downstairs and found out then about the plumbing issue. 😢
