Restaurant was essentially nonexistent it was frozen food at the bartender who was nice. Could heat up yet all over there elevators and in their advertisements they had a bar and grill far from it. Everything else was clean although the chairs in the lobby have stains all over them honestly, I think you could’ve gone to IKEA to get some chairs for about $500.

The restaurant and bar was closed for three days for a private party. It would have been nice if the Sheraton had informed was prior to check in.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton in Ontario. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was very centrally located, which made everything convenient. The pool was nice and clean, the sheets were fresh and clean, and overall, everything was really nice and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The pool was clean and well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.
