Hotel was nice, surprise parking fees and need to pay those separate was inconvenient

The property was nice and clean Just the cleaning schedule for the room but I understand it was because it was an extended stay

Decent room, funky hallway smell. Tried to charge me $10 for parking when reservation said it was included. Also not informed f any amenities at check in.

Clean and Comfortable rooms A/C was on when I walked in the room slept great!

Staff is friendly and helpful, Room was clean upon arrival They only clean the room and change bedding once a week unless you pay extra. Our refrigerator would only stay at room temperature and food would go bad had to keep everything in the freezer as that was refrigerator temperature.

Liked the location and proximity to the airport & Norco Silverlake Sports Complex. Pool was great. Pillows were TERRIBLE (and we flew so no bringing our own.) Our room had a bad smell of dog. I sprayed stuff all week but it was gross. I had hoped that with them only being open for almost one year it wouldn’t smell. I was wrong. I won’t book pet friendly hotels anymore.

The rooms were spacious and cheap There was constant awful smell in the rooms in the hallways as you enter the place I couldn’t stay another night even though I was looked for a whole week I left after the second night

It looked clean, new, and the room was spacious. I liked the location. Most of the staff I interacted with were very friendly. There some pungent smells and depending on the location of the hotel I was in they would be different, but mainly in the lobby/first floor. Room smelled fine though. The pool was not heated even though it needed to be and my request to have it heated was denied.
