Front desk guy was insanely rude, never experienced that kind of rudeness in hotelbusiness

Staff was very rude yelled at me when I went to ask for a plastic spoon Yelling me to never ask me again when I went to breakfast I made one single waffle a couple sweet bread and piece of bread was walking out the door and was yelled at me saying “we don’t let you take food from the breakfast room” then I just put it all on the table and left one of the worst l places I have been to

Cheap Had to wait 20mins to check in, was bugs in room.

Place is very dirty room was falling apart I was you I would move it from your site very unsatisfied and waiting on a refund

Location Cleanness

Definitely just enough for a night with a friend or loved one! My only issues were that the shower curtains didn’t close fully, letting water out. They only provided 2 towels for bathing, no towels by the pool, and the pool was less than savory in the cleanliness category.

The Room Issues Room #1: We checked in only to find that the air conditioning was completely broken. After complaining to the front desk, we were packed up and moved to a second room. Room #2: While the AC worked in this room, the television did not work at all. At that point, we were too exhausted to move a third time. Property Conditions The lack of maintenance isn't just confined to the rooms. There were literally piles of trash left in common areas and hallways throughout our stay. It’s unhygienic, looks terrible, and speaks volumes about the current management.

Location was good for what we were doing Dirty, was charged twice for the room and still haven’t got that corrected, front staff was ( Peter) completely unaware of everything. He first tried to tell me that a passport was not a correct form of identification and that I needed a California license. I had to explain to him that was a stupid thing to even say because he eliminate a ton of customers. Second he could not refund me a room in exchange for another upgrade room. Terrible

Absolutely nothing. Literally everything. Worst place to stay ever.

Not much. The manager Mr Patel was extremely rude and can be a liability for this establishment. I felt discriminated against by Mr. Patel . It was totally obvious. I may be taking further legal action.

The location was great. close to the airport. Pool was ready to be used. A.C. worked great during the hot summer day. Breakfast can be improved on, adding more options.

Nothing. Rude front desk service during day. Tried to overcharge for snacks and drinks even though there was a price list. Comment during checkout they had to make sure I didn't steal from room. Horrible treatment.
