It’s was nice

In my experience, the staff at the front desk were EXTREMELY rude unprofessional and audacious. Can’t communicate respectfully and appropriately like adults, some get tickled when you speak up for yourself. Sketchy people are consistently walking around the parking lot and some seem to be living there. Be careful, will ban you if you upset them especially if it’s not your problem or fault. Some just get tickled by the truth. There’s no standard or care for your inconvenience here and it doesn’t feel very safe. There’s no attention to any issues just extreme unprofessionalism. Don’t be fooled by the bare minimum expectations. I had to speak with customer service about issues they didn’t want to deal.

Motel environment was not like the listing. Ghetto area. Will definitely never stay hear again.

Some nights are decent others the people are ghetto. Some rooms better than others. The back area sucks. The top rooms by the pool better

I did not like how the restroom was cleaned. There was all kinds of stuff spotted all over the walls. It was disgusting. The floor was wet when I walked in, but the pool the spa was very beautiful and clean. The personnel was nice except for the young lady, she had an attitude. I did not get her name. Otherwise parking was great. The exterior was clean. Thank you. Had a good time. We went to a concert five minutes away.

No hot water! No shower curtain! Lack of towels. Poor layout of room. Sort of what I expected for a Motel 6....

It was a little active a lot of people around very little parking but it was a nice room clean for the most part besides the casual door scratches and patched dry wall but it was nice overall for the price and location I give it a 3.8 out of 5 that’s almost a 5 , staff was great very helpful

It’s Nices and clean and check in was quite and check out was fast

Not enough towels, no clock around and a huge refrigerator that it’s not needed, loud noise from people walking by not a good experience

I would have preferred to sleep in my car than spend another night at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They locked the front door at 11pm and 9am when I tried to check in and check out and then got frustrated with me when I couldn’t understand what they were saying through the glass door that was shut in my face. I can’t even say “you get what you pay for” because couldn’t even pay me to go back and stay there. If you want a cheap hotel and mediocre overnight stay in the area just go to the La Quinta down the road instead. Don’t even bother with Motel 6. Their roach-infested Palm Springs and San Diego locations were more pleasant experiences than their Ontario one.

We checked into this property and were given a room at the back of the building. We opened the door and immediately got hit with an extremely powerful smell of bleach. We let the room air out, it seemed like the room was just cleaned but with only bleach. We went about our day and came back to the room that night the smell was almost completely gone. As we were packing up the next morning my girlfriend came out of the bathroom saying she saw a cockroach. I went into the bathroom and sure enough I saw more than one. That explains the smell of the bleach as they were covering up the insecticide. We put our stuff in the car and went to check out. Checking out I said to the clerk we found something in the room. He replied “Oh cockroaches”. He knew!!! They rented a room they knew had roaches in it! Extreme health hazard. Completely unacceptable. They gave a “gracious” 10% off the bill. Even Hotels.com customer service couldn’t help us with this. We arrived at our next destination and my girlfriend opened her suitcase and we found a cockroach in her suitcase. DO NOT STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

One of the nicest features of the property is the courtyard. The pool and hot tub area is attractive and well maintained, with palm trees, landscaping, tables, umbrellas, and plenty of places to sit. It gives the property a much more inviting feel. The biggest area for improvement was service. I requested housekeeping one day, but it was not completed. When I later went to the front desk for a towel and washcloth, I received an attitude about the request. More generally, none of my interactions with the front desk during my stay felt particularly warm or welcoming. Overall, this is an older, straightforward property that offers a clean, comfortable room and a surprisingly nice courtyard and pool area. The property itself was better than I expected, but more consistent housekeeping and a more welcoming experience at the front desk would make a noticeable difference.
