Motel 6 Ontario, CA - Convention Center - Airport

Was given early check in for free due to being a veteran and a free upgrade to a king room. Very reasonable rate, great location and if needed I will be back

The AC worked, which was the best part of the room. TV worked but I had to ask for batteries, as they were missing initially. only 2 pillows on a queed bed, not 4 . Property outside was dirty. Elevator was smelly. The pictures included online keys it misleading to actual quality of the place. Staff was not friendly. Especially front desk staff .

Terrible. Owner wanted to charge 20 dollars to use the iron. Very bad service, smelled really bad, microwave did not work, smelled like weed and loud music. Worst hotel ever.

Pure trash motel. And absolute embarrassment to Motel 6. I don't expect much with Motel 6, but I expect it to be clean and have damn shampoo in the shower.

Need update for the room any thing

Full size of refrigerator, comfortable beds. Good A/C. Convenient location. Very poorly managed hotel. We checked in without issue, and everything was fine until the hotel manager called us a couple hours later and demanded that we come to the lobby and would not tell us why. When I questioned it, they told us that he was not going to allow us to stay at the hotel, but would not tell us why. He only gave me 30 minutes to get back to the hotel, or otherwise he would remove my belongings from the room. When I got to the hotel lobby, he was not there, and I had to wait 10 minutes for him to arrive. When he finally did arrive, he accused me of soliciting sexual favors from another guest. After spending some time looking at his computer screen, he realized he had made a complete mistake. The only thing he did was say, "Oh, there's been a mistake. I'm sorry." This was handled incredibly unprofessionally. He should have done his homework before contacting me, and he would have seen that the guest in question had checked out of that room at 10 a.m. that morning. I received no compensation for this horrible service and will never return.

The stay was great! I always left before house keeping started and returned a little before the went home but never had a problem getting clean towels.. very accommodating. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
