Best Western Plus Ontario Airport & Convention Center

This hotel is where I usually stay when I'm in Ontario. It's located well, has ample parking, has a usable fitness center, and is pretty comfortable. It's often priced right for me as well. The room is of pretty decent size, and the free breakfast is not bad at all. Additionally, I'm usually treated quite well by the staff at this Best Western.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. There were no towels at the pool and I found the breakfast a little awkward having someone fix my food. I truly like to see what I am eating. So I just had cereal.

Stay was ok, lots of restaurants around nearby.

We've stayed here twice already this year and they have been great every time. Very clean and helpful.

Sometimes you get more than you pay for. That was the case for this hotel.

Great staff all around. Good airport shuttle service. Good breakfast. Good value!

Two things that weren’t great but wasn’t a big deal…shampoo, body wash but no conditioner. And the room refrigerator was not cold at all.

Breakfast was included and that was delicious.

Having a shadow ride back-and-forth from the airport to the hotel was very useful

Todo limpio amplio el cuarto pero no estaba adecuado el baño para apersona en silla de rueda. Cuando yo lo había pedido. Las luces se prendían solas creo q está gal do Los contactos.

Pleasant stay. Free breakfast was actually tasty. The staff was very nice. A great place on a budget.
