Clean, nice staff

They didn’t clean the room, there’s no hot water for the shower

The exterior is inviting, the hotel reminds me of a large country estate villa in the Cotswolds of England . I like the location ,next to the convention center, and layout of the hotel is convenient too. . The evening customer service reception gentleman is professional ,very friendly, and serves several functions ,also working in the restaurant where does exceptional work . The night tiime front desk gentleman is also friendly and attentive . Takes a long time for hot water in the shower to appear. Breakfast opens early at 630am but closes too early at 900am, and I would recommend serving breakfast until 10am . The restaurant has good food but it's only open for a five hours a day . It would be better if The restaurant could be open for12.hours a day . So if you're hungry ,they have vending machines . The vending machine s are expensive but that's something the hotel can't control. The hotel seems to operate effectively with very few staff or employees . I think the price is high for a two star hotel at around a $125.00.a night average ,and I think they should have 15 or 30 rooms at a low bargain rate to increase single traveler business for those in town for just a night or two at a ,$60.00.rate. if they want to beat the competition they should offer a "stay 6 nights gets the 7th night free" promotion . Plus offer a "stay two nights get the 3rd night 50 %off . overall,it's fine hotel , well run, quiet and peaceful , clean, and desirable. I would go back again.

It’s honestly amazing how the property is even though there doing renovations

The room also appears old and not clean, and our overall experience has been very disappointing.

The stay was wonderful, just ask the staff for more towels and what not

take care of it; also help with luggage. Breakfast was good, plenty; dinner was also very good, tasty, by a chef; has bar choices.

Room service need to be requested. But they still come quite late (2pm) to clean our rooms

The jetted tub is a bonus and the hot breakfast is delicious

very quiet; helped with fixing TV, cable..

Hair dryer did not work

It is very outdated with a lot of colonial art display all over the walls some painting are nice some??? Furniture The old school leather couch and your Mohegany furniture which is nice but it can use a little update. Let's focus ON CLEANSES EXCELLENT!! ESPECIALLY THEIR SHOWERS, BATHROOM AND FLOORS. VERY QUITE YOU WILLLL GET SOME GOOD REST AC A BIT SLOW AT LEAST OURS WE HAD TO CHANGE SETTINGS QUITE OFTEN TO COOL IT DOWN. STAFF VERY NICE .

Fantastic location and even better amenities! If there’s an event at the convention center the traffic can be wild but if you are in town for said convention, it’s close enough to walk to!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice to have the sink and microwave. Spa tub was nice, but a lot of cracks in it. Sloppy caulking job around the tub. The pillows were not comfortable.

The pool closes late nice and warm, friendly staff, very helpful, rooms always clean.. Everything good
