Only issue was the air conditioner, it was off when we got to the room and the room was hot. It never cooled down sufficiently during our stay.

Room was clean and it was very quiet. Did not interact much with staff as we were there for an event but staff was nice at check in.

Overall amazing stay. Everything was great. Will stay at this hotel again.

It offers offer a well served plate of breakfast. All staff is very friendly and work very hard to keep the property clean. I stayed here with children. Parking free on premises. My children enjoyed the patio and pool area. Staff accommodated my late checkout. Will stay again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I had a fire alarm issue in my room very late at night, and they promptly assisted me.

Room is outdated and dirty. The restaurant food was absolutely disgusting. They bring out a dirty crumpled up paper menu to order off of. There aren’t any amenities except for extremely overpriced vending machines. The breakfast was terrible and the coffee believe it or not was even worse! We stay in this area several times a year and thought we would try this hotel out. Big mistake! Will never stay here again.

The room was kinda hot my hubby complained that we couldn’t lower the AC. The AC wasn’t very powerful like it was not giving enough air. Other than that everything else was great.

Hotel was being remodeled, breakfast was okay, had a musky smell to the hotel, room could of been cleaned better there was still trash in room, we had to for more towels and blankets. Check in was easy and check out was easy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Azure Hotels & Suites in Ontario, CA. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, and the entire property was very well kept other than some construction on the other side. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. The amenities were excellent and made the trip even more enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding — fresh, well prepared, and far better than what we’ve experienced at similar hotels. We had absolutely no issues during our stay, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and comfort we received. We would definitely stay here again.

Left satisfied room was clean, comfortable beds and nice showers. Enjoyed the breakfast and staff is very nice. Will definitely book another stay in the future.

Breakfast buffet was a joke. Room wasn't ready for us and it was past the check in time.

Arrived to find out room wasn’t ready or clean this was at 4:30 in the afternoon they said to wait 15 min well that turned into 2 hours room wasn’t ready later so much for resting after a 4 hours room drive I think this was completely unacceptable and I am unsure if I’ll ever stay there again. It was really bad and inconvenient.
