No facial tissue in the room and the body in the shower was empty!

The hallway was well lit, and with decoration. Room was spacious enough and functional. Bathtub was large. The jacuzzi didn't work. Breakfast can be better, particularly with more fruits.

I messaged the hotel more than a day before that my client changed plans. Hotel never responded. Then called booking.com and they said call the hotel we can't do anything. Then called the hotel and they said call booking.com we can't do anything. It was a circular mess up and both the hotel and booking.com were horrible. I WILL NEVER PREPAY A HOTEL ROOM AGAIN. All customer service from all parties was horrible and the AI service was horrible.

The lobby was lovely. That’s about it. It was so dirty, from the beginning. The room was so hot even after having the ac on for hours it was still too hot. The ac unit also blows directly onto whoever is laying in the bed. The vent is not adjustable so it was either have the cold air blow directly onto whoever is laying there or turn it higher and get over heated . The mini fridge had a massive ice build up and gross stains inside it. The shower had other peoples hair in it before either of us showered in it. Mystery stains on the walls and curtains were vile. The staff is also wildly unhelpful. I called and kindly spoke to the person at the front desk, addressed some concerns with the room and was met with silence. No apology no solutions. Terrible. Do not stay here.

Staff was phenomenal. Coffee wasn't the best, but cannot complain for the price. Location was amazing for us.

The location of the Hotel Our room was dirty bed not made previous guests shoes were left in the room. Had to be assigned a new room caused stressed very inconvenient. On top of that maintenance was the one attempting to check us in. Had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk employee to return from lunch. We ended up checking in at around 7:10pm. So for us having to go through all that unwanted stress made our stay a horrible experience.

I like the way the property was really clean and the front desk was really nice Beautiful property clean and bought a nice people. The people were nice. The outside was very beautiful as well.

Check-in was amazing. Out room didn’t have grab bars by the toilet for my partner who is in a wheelchair, and when I booked, I thought it had. So they just moved us to a room that had a roll-in shower and was set up better for us than a regular room. It made a big difference in our stay!
