Folk Inn Ontario Airport

I did not stay at this hotel. I requested a refund. There was cockroaches in the rooms.

It was in walking distance of my event I was working The air conditioning was not work good and it got really hot in the room and there was some cockroaches in the room.

Location Bed Bugs!! Woke up that first morning to bed bugs. Made them reimbursed me and had to book another hotel and wash all my clothes. Front desk was not surprised and said they have had issues with bed bugs. All this while trying to take the bar exam.

Not much of anything. Pretty much everything. The hotel was dirty, smelled like marajuana and the lights in the room didnt work

Close to the airport They advertise gym, not available since covid. Also, rooms are old and have an old smell to them. Front desk help, not always available.

Hotel had good bones - one can see that it once was a nice hotel; good carpeting, furniture and countertops. It appears that management/owners are failing to maintain the premises, repairs are shoddy, and cost cutting measures have been implemented. Looks to me like the hotel is on its way to becoming pretty dumpy.

The artwork in our room was very nice. Repairs that had been made were obvious. Not professionally done

Very good location somewhat dated but clean, nice helpful staff

Staff pleasant Door key did not work and room was dusty. My wife and I very dissatisfied!

Nothing Nothing

The only thing I liked about this place was the location. What I didn't like? Oh man where to start. Fist the room smelled like urine, the carpet felt damp. Which umm. Why does the carpet feel damp and the room smells like urine? I will let you do the math. Everything in the room was broken from the toilet the deadbolt lock, even our room keys stopped working. No closet! Like literally no closet. A homeless person followed me to my room and ask if she can use my phone in the room so that was nice, someone punched the bathroom door and dented the crap out of it and oh why white unknown stains on the carpet so that was fun.

The employees were nice. Couldn't use the pool, a pile of trash bags was found in our closet, found a nail on the floor, all screws on the window removed and just left on top of ac unit, tub faucet is just hanging on and water is dripping, a cockaroach was in the tub (my 4 year old freaked) this place just sucked.

The woman at the front desk was so nice , the room had a couch Which i liked .

Close to the Convention Center so we could walk there nails Room had glitter all over the carpet (from New Years?). Sink didn't have a stopper. Dresser was missing one drawer on top. Coffee maker but no coffee pot. Bedspreads had burn marks i.e. cigarette burns and stains. Felt very dirty

The bed was comfey. the smell in the room was really bad the wifi didnt work seen a couple bugs and the bath tub jets didnt work also the inside of the tub was painted and felt gritty

location to airport entire interior setup was in disarray. dust everywhere. If you have ever listened to the podcast “Sword & Scale”, then you’ll understand what I mean when I say that the next episode will be on this hotel. the room was something out of the saw franchise. stained sheets, peeling wallpaper, dusty fans, hole punched into the bathroom door, the tub looked like it was used for limb removal at one point, previous guests bathroom “items” were still present. Room did come with a Bible, which, and I mean this with full sincerity, YOU WILL NEED.
