Comfort Suites Ontario Airport Convention Center

Superb

Pleasant

Absolutely no complaints about my stay here! The room was spacious and clean, and had AC, a mini fridge and microwave. There was a free breakfast each morning that consisted of eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, baked goods, etc. The breakfast didn't taste the best and some items would run out, but it was still a great free amenity. There was a free lemon water dispenser in the lobby and a free water dispenser in the fitness center. The staff answered our questions about the free shuttle service in the area, sent up extra towels and garbage bags when I requested them, and held our luggage the day that we checked out while we went out to lunch. They also allowed for a free early check-in at 1pm and a free late check-out at 12pm! I'd definitely stay here again.

Superb

Great location near the airport and places to eat. They say they have an airport shuttle but they really don't. Airport transportation is handled through Lyft. We checked in a 3pm. I asked about an airport shuttle and was told they had one. I wanted to know if I neede to set it up then because we wanted to be to the airport by 4AM for an early flight. I was told they set it up through Lift. They set it up for a 3:45AM pickup and I got a confirmation text for that time. We are standing outside at 3:40 and I am looking for the confirmation text and it's gone. I can't contact Lyft directly because it was set up by the hotel. I go in to talk to the front desk and she says the driver must have cancelled and she would set up another one. I finally get text that our ride will be there in 20 minutes. We got to the airport and inside at about 4:15. We did get through security in time but my complaint is, that if this hotel is going to depend on Lyft as their airport shuttle, then they are responsible for making sure it works.

Stayed for 4 nights, wish breakfast lasted longer and the tub didnt flood the floor as often when used. Other than that, perfect room with satisfied roomies :)

Staff was very rude

Overall a wonderful stay!

My room had bed bugs ( yes they did change the room but the rash from the bed bugs keep on bothering and risk of moving them to other places)

Bad

Very good

Very nice place to stay

I was working and they wouldn’t let my wife check in which we never had a problem before, I’m a traveling tattooer so my wife always checks in. The attitude my wife got by staff to rectify the situation wasn’t helpful either. It was finally resolved after sending me an approval form. I get to the room after tattooing all day lay down and our pillows smell like perfume there was hair on our sheets so obviously nothing was washed. Then we found a bug the next night when we took the covers all the way off the bed, so that was fun. I have stayed at a lot of hotels traveling this wasn’t it. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but had to speak my peace if your going to have attitude like you’re a five star hotel make sure the room is cleaned like one.

It deserves a full score let out the noise episode on the first night. I think some guys in my neighbor room were having a party until either the police or hotel management involvement.

Our ceiling was leaking onto the bed and I was not able to sleep at all. Is there anything that can be done

Clean rooms very spacious

Came for one night and was catching a very early flight out the next day, less than 5 minutes from airport,

Breakfast was good each day. Nice area

I love it here
