Ontario Airport Inn is a gem, especially for the price. The rooms are clean and well-organized and the grounds are well-kept and provides a nice place to walk around for exercise. The breakfast buffet is decent and parking is included for the price and plenty of spaces available. Best of all, the staff are all very friendly. Extra bonus is the package of chocolate chip cookies that they give you when you check in. A vastly underrated property.

A “Deluxe Room” had worn out and patched up carpet, Despite requesting house keeping, no one came even to take the trash away!!

Staff was very nice & welcoming. You have to use your room key to enter the parking lot which is nice especially with late check in. Room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was perfect for a quick bite before hitting the road.

One of the problems we had was when we from breakfast the card key wouldn't work! And it took about 30 minutes for them to figure it out but they came right away after reporting it. Second problem was the shower, the shower head water was dispersing, everywhere.but other than that this establishment is great.

Everything in general was great, the only thing I didn't like was the hours breakfast is served 5am to 9am,I like waking up late,I'm on vacation.
