Ontario Airport Inn

The only reason we had stayed here was because the parking was closed to the public and we were participating in a nearby car event. The staff had terrible customer service.

I was there for a motorcycle event and had to wash clothes for my husband. They were amazing with helping with this

The room was clean and comfortable. There were large windows allowing a view of the pool and the beautiful landscaping. There are several restaurants and a Circle K convenience store within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle.

good

Very clean. Easy access to the 10 and central location throughout the IE. Would stay here again. Breakfast was also very good!

Breakfast was WONDERFUL!!! The coffee was not all that good, but at least it was available. The fresh fruit and waffles were Devine, and the scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon were delicious! Did I say the breakfast was WONDERFUL? There were many other alternate breakfast foods such as hard boiled eggs and bagels. I would give a five, but for the difficulty with understanding the staff at check-in and I was hoping to find an USB port to easily charge my phone, but I easily improvised. I would give a 4.8, but that was not an option. I would definitely stay again given the chance!

THX 2 YESENIA & BOTH MARIA'S. VERY POLITE STAFF.

Clean and tidy, the shuttle service was especially useful and accommodating.

Exceptional

THX 2 BOTH MARIA'S & YESENIA. VERY POLITE STAFF.

Breakfast was very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are dated, bed was good, furniture used needs replaced very worn. Excellent shuttle service. Room worked for what we needed.

Place is a gem

Necesitan cambiar los muebles y carpetas de los cuartos ya son muy viejos

the third floor rooms are beautiful. some rooms i think even have their own sliding doors! i highly recommend the stay. very clean room with a clean pool and grills.

Relatively clean but old. WiFi never worked for me. AC was trying but weak sauce. Breakfast was powdered eggs. Affordable place but don’t expect any luxury.

The courtyard was super nice, and grass was very well maintained.

Clean and closer to the Ontario airport

I felt secure and safe. Staff was nice. Rooms were older but very clean. I could hear small noises like freeway noise but it wasn’t bad.

It was great.

It was like being transported back in time. Loved it
