Clean room garbage breakfast

but breakfast needs to have more variety and it smelled bad for one or two of the days

The stuff it was a little rude because it was a confusion we paid to check out late still they like their runs at 11 AM. I think the lady that get the money to extend the check out didn’t report or anything like that. I went to the desk and they fixed the problem, but that was a little bit of confuse.

They offering the breakfast but not anymore. They used to offer a good breakfast now they’re just offering waffle and coffee.

My check-in was on Saturday. The weather was really bad too hot. I came to the hotel like around 2:15 PM. I asked them if it was any charge to check in early they told me yes $25 and the lady told me but if you weigh 15 minutes which means 2:30pm I’m not gonna charge you and I say well that’s OK. I check in at 2:35. I told the lady tomorrow I do want to do check out late at 1 PM. She told me you’re gonna have to pay $25 and I say yes it’s OK. I paid the $25 to check out late Sunday like around 11:30 AM. I try to go into the room and the door was locked. I went to the desk and asked them what’s going on. They told me because I had to check out at 11 if I wanna stay late I have had to pay $25 and I explained to them what happened they don’t listen to me and they charge me another $25 plus it’s not the first time I stay in this hotel every time my son has a soccer tournament I always choose this hotel breakfast used to be good now they take off all the good breakfast. They just serving a coffee and bread and a waffle. I don’t think that’s a breakfast.

No curtains on windows. Mold smells in room. TV was too complex to operate. No towels for pool had to go to front desk for towels and to get room key programmed correctly to access pool gate.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice The bathroom was very small and the tub had water pooled in it upon arrival

Poorly maintained and staffed. Not recommended.

I'd have no problem staying at this clean and efficient property.

First room was full of ants , and they checked us into a second room. The second room had spiders

Basic accommodation however the reason I booked this place over others is that is listed fitness centers in the amenities. When I arrived I was told the fitness center has been closed since Covid. That certainly is enough time to update the list of amenities. I cannot recommend this place based on false advertising

Great safe location, decent breakfast. Mattresses and beds comfy !! The hallways and elevator were dark and rough looking. 1 ice machine for all rooms.

The place is a bit noisy and the rooms are just average.

The room was not good. It was cramped and the ac was blown on my head all night and I couldn’t sleep
