Never again stay here this place needs to be condemned honestly

Missing body wash from two bathrooms. There is a buffet breakfast that was really lacking. I did not feel safe at night as there were no lights between the buildings. The lobby ceiling was leaking for 2 days. No free shuttle to the airport. The staff said we can book one on the Goat App but it did not work. We ended up taking Uber.

Dirty and outdated.

No complaints here I would stay again

A bit sketchy place felt a bit unsafe but overall good

The AC/Heating Unit closet was leaking under the door. Carpet was slippery, wet and soaked my socks when I got out of bed. Mildew smell was in my clothes when I left. Don’t know if they were moths, gnats or mosquitoes, little black bugs flew around all night. 👎

The central location. The excessive amount of roaches. In the kitchen and sleeping areas.

Sofa bed was stained And the bed not working Toilet seem like it has not been clean for months.. Stain on the comforter And ripped.. It was smelly and had celling mold Location of the room.. It was not upkeep

Since pets are allowed, our condo smelled off. However, the staff cleaned the carpets within a day and it made a big difference. Would definitely stay here again for the price location and space. Well worth it if traveling with family. Our unit also had two bathrooms

The rooms are like small apartments, which makes it feel like a little home away from home.

It was spacious

Property looks very tired; parking area had a lot of debris; carpet had a lot of stains, possibly animal pee and had that lingering scent also. Kitchen light was not working and water was very cloudy. Outside garbage area and bbq grilling was untidy and dirty. Mosquitos everywhere. Pet area in the back needs a lot of attention. This is property is far from a Marriott standard.

(One minor issue that we did have was the refrigerator would leak water continuously onto the floor)

Had a great check in experience. Bbq area was a nice spot to hang out and bbq was clean. Pool was nice though the jacuzzi was not working. Through out my stay I didnt have the maid clean the room due to a day advance and we keep maintained enough though several times asked them for towels and never came. So ended up taking it from one of the maids carts One night had a terrible odor, so went to the front desk and the night maid came to room and said it was bad as well but since it was sold out couldn't offer us another room. She apologized and helped us spray it down with lysol and suggested we leave the windows and air on. Next morning sprayed the carpet with tide looked under the couch to see the couch bed had alot of pee on it. So before my event went in told the front desk and she said she'll pick a ticket in and will be taken care of. Came back the night and carpets were freshly clean and still little wet. Smelled great. Though the sofa bed was never switched out. Kitchen was great

Absolutely terrible standard of property for a supposed Marriot. Myself, husband and toddler entered into a dark suite with all the curtains shut, only when we opened them did we see the sheer dirt and awful state the room was in. Dust everywhere, stained curtains from pet urine, grime all over the sofa bed, I was worried about my child just sitting on it, let alone sleeping. The wooden furniture was chipped and damaged, microwave completely broken, signs of forced entry on window and door. We did not stay, we immediately went to reception and couldn’t be promised anything better so we asked to cancel our reservation and left. We were informed that many hotels have taken in homeless in the US and that’s great, but apparently the rooms can be left in quite a state of disrepair and hotels aren’t doing a thorough clean/renovate enough to then welcome the next paying guests.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. The suite had an unpleasant odor when we arrived, and there were small flies in the room. We also had to wait quite a while for bedding for the pull-out couch. The bedding and linens had visible stains, including lipstick stains on pillows, and the beds themselves were absolutely disgusting with huge noticeable stains making it hard to relax and feel clean and comfortable. Around the property, we noticed litter, discarded towels, and general maintenance concerns. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable using the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was well stocked and enjoyable on Saturday, though Sunday was much busier. Everything was a mess and we had to ask to pretty much replenish everything as it was gone. Overall, the room size, staff, and breakfast were positives, but the cleanliness concerns significantly impacted our experience and would make us hesitate to stay again.

Television didn't work, they had to come fix it. This place needs to be renovated!! For reals!

Charged for parking, not told about it. Bathroom had trash still in it. Couch was unusable,just sunk into it. Sketchy people around , hotel is used as a residence for some people. Noisy.would definitely not recommend at the price point. Can douch better.buyer beware
