There may have been a change in ownership but I noticed it wasn't like a stayed before. The morning staff was very helpful and great customer service

Dirty bedding, mold in bath tub, smelly rooms, key card issue with opening the door, door lock hard to unlock.

Room was good, breakfast was good, only problem was a faulty light

Highly recommending, Had my daughter's birthday party here by the pool. My daughter was highly satisfied.

The room was no clean properly the lights didn't work we had to connect it. The TV didn't work we told the front desk they never came to fix it.

The rooms are run down and very dirty. The room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned at all before we checked in. My sons feet turned black after walking barefoot for only a couple minutes. We found three roaches in the kitchen during our stay. Will not be staying here again in the future.

Front desk were understanding and apologetic. There was a lot of furniture out on the sidewalks the whole week. Guests were smoking weed and even traveled inside my room. Ac was broken Found a bug in the pull out couch and sister got bit. Manager - Jesse promised a free night stay “in good faith” and never followed through with it. Took me a while to get a hold of him. And I literally got $43 back in stay credits? Actually ridiculous.

This hotel did not live up to the standards I expect from a Marriott branded inn. The rooms had broken items and very dirty!

The property is run-down, and the rooms are poorly maintained. It's clean, but that's pretty much it. The furniture is old and worn out. The kitchen area barely had any appliances or utensils (no toaster, no spoons, no pots and pans). Some rooms seem to be used for permanent low-income housing, which entails all-night partying. When it was almost midnight and the loud music next door was still going strong, we called the front desk, but no one picked up. Definitely not coming back.
