Residence Inn by Marriott Ontario Airport

So... I expected this to be a nice place as I have always heard good things about the residence inn. There was an issue initially with the room having been left with one bed recently slept in, glass of water by the toilet ... Obvious signs someone at least had a little nap in there. ... They fixed that issue and comped the parking so I was ok with that. Stuff happens! ... Then after buying stuff to bake, the oven didn't work. And as the night progressed the roaches came out to play. Every stage of life! Got almost no sleep the first night and slept at a friend's place the next because I just couldn't do it and nobody ever answers the phone at the front desk and I was in no mood to go over there after 2 really long days

The kitchenette is stocked with utensils and plates, glasses and pots and pans. Everything you need for a short or long trip

We didn’t like the service we were there for 3 nights every day we went to the front desk ask for clean towels, for some one to pick up the trash, never happened, we took the trash out requested trash bags absolutely nothing the second night some one stop by 11 pm to drop off 1 towel that was it! Never had housekeeping. We were just happy because it was convenient to my daughter, but it was not what we were expecting, the little houses are old it is dirty!

This location is great the staff are amazing and food is amazing.

Simply do not even consider staying here. The entirety of the staff should not be in the hospitality industry, were rude and unkindly after canceling my prepaid reservation due to overbooking leaving me with having to find alternative accommodation very late in the evening without offering any recommendation.

Bed . The mattress wasn't disinfected and had a lot of insects and fleas, so I couldn't lie on it to sleep. The air in the room had a very unpleasant smell. This is the worst room I've ever chosen.

The ac didn't work the room smelled carpets and furniture had stains. So we went to the front desk and asked for a refund. Then we went across the street to the double tree, a hyatt property. The reason why I booked your hotel is because i'm a hyatt bonvoy member, and i assumed that your hotel would be at the quality level as all of the hyatts, I've stayed in before.

We got a 2bed/2bath suite. Key card reader was missing the cover the readed device was exposed. Downstairs bathroom had no shower curtain and the tub had a blood stain. The border on bathroom vanity was coming apart. Carpet was torn and stains everywhere, Smelled musty, there was a huge hairball in front of the fireplace, the pullout sofa bed mattress was just springs in a blanket, there was no cushion. We needed extra blankets, we called down to the counter and after dialing 25 times they finally answered, but the blankets never came. Place is worn out! After seeing the condition of the room, we decided not to eat complimentary breakfast, no thank you! Never again!

My grandson complained of a headache after using the swimming pool and one day later the swimming pool was closed by the city due to over chlorination. which explains my grandson's headache. Management gave us a $100 credit for the first night in the roach infested room but I believe a higher credit is warranted in this case.

10/10 rooms are spacious staff is friendly

Everything was so good

I liked the two bedroom accommodations but I would not call it a penthouse suite. It reminded me of an old apartment complex that got renovated into a hotel but they need new carpeting. It was very dirty carpet. There was a lot of walls that had holes in them and the bathrooms were very old just didn’t feel real clean. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law stayed in a one bedroom and they had bugs in their room and she got bit on her foot all night so that wasn’t good. The pool was closed due to health reasons so right there tells you there’s problems and the breakfast buffet was fair but OK if you arrive early as the first day we arrived late around 9 AM and the garbage was overflowing and it was very messy and dirty, and not much staff to take care of things. Today we arrived at 7:15 AM and it was a lot better. Would not recommend this as it does not live up to the Marriott standards that I’m used to.

We have stayed there but this time around it look so rundown room service never came we had to ask for towels every day and for toilet paper, trash obviously was not taken out because room service never came, for breakfast you had to wait quite a bit just not a good experience sad don't think we will be staying there next time.

Dirty rooms and smelly like humid and mold. Breakfast was a challenge only 1 lady filling up items and constantly running out including coffee. No coffee really????? Also gate was broken giving access to anyone. Check in took over 20 minutes, clerk was giving toiletries to guest and check in guests at the same time.

Stayed for five nights while attending a family wedding. Unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. Breakfast was inconsistent, the pool was closed one day, the bathroom toiletries were empty, and there was a strong smell of marijuana around the property at times. While the location was convenient and the staff were polite, I expected a better experience from a Residence Inn by Marriott.

1st room had to moved out of. Musty smell and cockroaches. Breakfast was minimal. No meat items.

The upstairs room was fine, no problems there, it was just missing the little bar soap and the plastic bag that they usually have in the closest, but the downstairs room and bathroom were not the best. Didn't take pictures of the towels, but took pictures of other things that I didn't mention here. We've stayed here before and there wasnt an issue, I was very disappointed this time around.

The rooms was clean, spacious very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The swimming pool was dirty. Could not see the bottom.

It was nice. Needs exterior maintenance
