The room was clean and ready on time! The staff was friendly and helpful overall great experience and with the mall near by lots of choices for dinner and shopping. Great location

Room was very nice, kind of small for a suite though. Staff were great. Breakfast had a very nice selection. The ony issue we had was A/C unit was loud, and the refrigerator was not very cold. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

We’ve have stayed in son many hotels due to sport tournaments, by far this hotel has been the nicest and cleanest. The atmosphere was wonderful, our room was super clean from carpet to sheets, shower amazing!! Breakfast had so many delicious options. Definitely will come back to this Hampton Inn in Ontario!!

Only one elevator is accessible from the hotel Iobby. This is used by not only guests but also staff of hotel. Gets busy during certain periods.

Room was very clean. It was well stocked with all amenities needed. The breakfast was great. I would have preferred some gluten free toast options. They did offer fruit, eggs and sausage. I was able to eat that. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. The only bad thing I can say is the parking. It is very small. I had to park across in the Ontario Mills parking lot, and walk back. It was a little bit of a walk. Other than the parking, everything was great.

Excellent hotel and stay. Everyone was very kind. The young lady who checked us in, Azuecena, was so sweet and helpful!!

This hotel was in a good location for work. It was also near an outside mall with a lot of food options. It is also convenient to the highway. All of the staff were very helpful and nice. The only negative is that parking sucks. There are limited spaces on the property and you have to park in the mall parking lot.
