Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The only issue we had with the room was the air conditioning, which was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. The hotel parking was limited and filled up quickly. Once the hotel parking lot was full, we had to park in the Ontario Mills parking lot, which was less convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, there was a large group of people being very loud outside the hotel after 1 AM, and unfortunately, the staff were not able to get them to quiet down. This was disappointing and affected our sleep. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the variety of options. Overall, this is a convenient hotel with a great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Just be aware that parking can be limited, the air conditioning can be noisy, and nighttime noise may be an issue.

Excellent hotel.

This hotel was perfect! It is right across the street from the Ontario mills mall. The bed was comfortable and the TV in the room allows you to stream with Netflix YouTube etc. Staff were friendly and there is a free breakfast. The only thing is parking is limited in the lot by the hotel so be prepared to park by the mall area.

Perfect location

Pool was murky and not clean. Room had an odor, possibly the carpet, definitely couple of the pillows. Other than that, place seems updated and mostly felt clean. Staff friendly. Front staff very helpful and professional. Breakfast has something for everyone. Limited parking, but parking also available across the street at the mall (get parking pass from front desk).

Was a lovely hotel well positioned with the shopping mall and many eateries around. We had flown into LAX and were making our way to Las Vegas, so was an ideal stop for the evening. Staff were helpful and friendly

I stayed one night here with my boyfriend. Highly recommend!! It is near the Ontario mall and also lots of food places around. Parking is a little small but luckily they give you a slip to put on your car to park in mall parking lot. It is complementary parking too! The front desk lady was very kind and helpful!! I will be definitely be coming back! The rooms were very spacious and restrooms were clean. The only thing I would say is we sadly got stuck under very loud and rude people. It sounded like they were running back and forth late at night and in the morning. I called the front desk to complain. They did stop a little but still continued. I don’t blame the staff or hotel, I would still come back. Just got unlucky with some loud guest above. Overall 10/10 experience!

when we checked in, we had to sit and wait for about a half hour, because the check in person was on a break and no one was able to check us in. We and another person had ants in the room . Management was very helpful and offered to change our rooms

Very clean room, great location The parking

They have upgrades going on right now and they only do housekeeping every other day but overall my experience was excellent. Breakfast was excellent as well. They had various options!

I was surprised it was as luxurious looking and feeling as it was! This was for a work trip which I was glad we were booked where we were. Parking is a bit tough so just be prepared for that. Other than that everyone was very helpful- especially accommodating to me and leg, which meant I was carrying a crutch around.
