We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the comfort of the beds. The person at the front desk kindly gave snacks to the children in our group.

our room was in the first floor and you could see the parking lot. the room was nice and the bed comfy. so was the bathroom. the price of the hotel was quite high compared to the service and we had to pay extra for overnight parking. The location was also ok. not terrible but nothing special.

Everything. The staff was super friendly. It was close to everything. Property was well kept. The pool was closed but they provided us with 2 options to swim at a neighboring property

Very quiet place to stay and yet they had several restaurants you could walk to. I didn’t eat at the hotel but, the bar and eating area was very nice.

Princess at the front was very helpful and may our stay enjoyable. Traveling with a 97 year old on a walker, Princess was very accommodating. The food service on Sunday was great. Nothing.

The hotel is clean and quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. The hotel needs more laundry machines and faster WiFi, but these aren’t dealbreakers. Overall, it’s a clean hotel with friendly staff and everything we needed.

Staff members charge me double for room and once I called them to remove when the charges they kept telling the manager wasn’t there for days no one will call me back. I had to threaten them that I was going to sue if no one didn’t handle refunding the overcharge a week later when I finally could speak to someone to help me

Staff were awesome, room clean and was cleaned when I requested. The property was very nicely kept. The only complaint I have was the tv did not properly everytime I tried to use it especially when I wanted to stream.
