The best hotel I ever have stayed..me and my dog Boy had the time of our lives..we are definitely coming back!?

The room, however, could use some updates. The bathtub was very outdated, and the finish on the bottom was peeling, so I had to either lay a towel down or wear my sandals while showering. The carpet was stained in several places and was starting to come apart. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the blankets were perfect. The mattresses, though, could definitely be replaced, as they were heavily stained. Overall, the friendly staff made for a pleasant stay, but the rooms would benefit from some renovations and better upkeep.

We chose this Hotel for the suite with jetted tub because we both have back problems. We thought we could get some rest between working. When we checked in I had a feeling something was up by the behavior of the staff at the front desk. We travel a good amount. The room was clean, ok. I tried to start the jetted tub and it didn't work. The electical panel was open, I could see it was clearly unplugged. I called maintenance. I immediately knew somethings up with the tub. Maintenance came 1 hr later with a snake in hand to clean the drain. I explained the box is open, tub unplugged. He plugged it in, looked like he was struggling to use the push button but he got it started working. Afterwards I couldn't get it to turn off, causing water & suds to go everywhere as I drained the tub, it went below jet level. Maintenance is called back, he leaves. Front desk calls to say tub is out of service. They gave us 2 options. 50% off stay in the room or switch rooms next day, might be another jet room available but cant promise. We chose to stay because we were exhausted from traveling. I found candle wax in the carpet that was covered by awkward furniture Sharp Nails were exposed behind furniture, like it was pulled off the wall and just pushed back to hide it without fixing it. Security Lock was broken on the door. Breakfast was the best part. Gina was really sweet & helpful in the dining area.

The room had ants in the bathroom and by the air conditioner, the lighting in the bathroom was so dim, no light in the shower, there were toenail clippings on the carpet that were not mine, I called for toilet paper prior to leaving for work and hours later when I returned, I still did not have toilet paper. The kitchen staff were very pleasant always asking how the food was or if you needed anything, wish the food from day to day was different, the desk staff were pleasant as well and parking was never an issue.

The staff was ok didn't deal much with them as much. The continental breakfast and the lady keeping up with the breakfast very friendly and helpful .The room was ok I guess the ice chest had a hair and gum wrappers the sofa bed hadn't been opened or checked in a while had crumbs and hairs in the sofa bed.The sofa bed had hairs stuck in the springs. the toilet water ran all night .

The biggest downside was the customer service. When we asked for extra bedding and blankets, the staff member seemed defensive and simply said, “We’re fully booked, we don’t have any more, I don’t know what to tell you...” While I understand supplies may have been limited, a more courteous response would have been appreciated. He did at least provide us with extra towels, which we appreciated. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in a convenient location, it gets the job done, but don’t expect a particularly updated property or exceptional service.

i missed breakfast by two minutes and was not able to get anything. staff were very rude. I didn't appreciate being woken up by the police department at 7:30am to ask if i was missing a child they had found roaming the hallway. the quality of the room could've better for the price. the room didn't even have a clock.

It was close to the mall and very convenient to the food places. It didn’t have a shade for the window to block the sun.

Not that clean, bathroom floor felt like i was going to fall through, odor comming from the ac machine. Outdated

I want to start off with the positive. The lady at the breakfast area, I think her name was Gina was beyond helpful and nice. She absolutely made my stay there worth it. Everything else was no so great. Gym was out of order, pool was out of order, 2 out of 3 ice machines were empty. The nigbt i checked it i almost left to find another hotel. What seemed like a prostitute or shady situation was trying to check in before me (totally not the hotels fault)but then a man sitting in the lobby started yelling cussing out someone on the phone in front of me and my 10 yr old son. He just kept going off. He might have been drunk. Then every trash can on the property was over filled and smelled. I just got bad vibes.

This was a suitable place to stay. Clean, just a little dingy, but worth the price.

Would not stay again.
