The front desk was very accommodating in switching my room. The kitchen staff, specifically Gina was so attentive and helpful to everyone eating breakfast. She was awesome. Thank you all!!

Mildew smell, bad wifi

Clean room, clean everything! Super friendly staff! Continental breakfast was great and no issues with parking! You’re literally across the street from shopping mall, restaurants and many things to do! I’d definitely book there again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hot tub turbos weren’t working but they accommodated us fine.

I recently stayed in two different rooms and the shower heads were horrible. They should be replaced immediately!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming during check-in. The complimentary breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day. I also enjoyed the pool, which was clean and well kept. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to get around, and having a parking garage was a big plus. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

The room, however, could use some updates. The bathtub was very outdated, and the finish on the bottom was peeling, so I had to either lay a towel down or wear my sandals while showering. The carpet was stained in several places and was starting to come apart. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and the blankets were perfect. The mattresses, though, could definitely be replaced, as they were heavily stained. Overall, the friendly staff made for a pleasant stay, but the rooms would benefit from some renovations and better upkeep.
