Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ontario at Ontario Mills, CA

Pleasant

Comfortable Counterterrorism very rude

Not much! From the room, to the AC having to take nearly a whole day for it to finally cool down the room. The noise complaint from the room above. Seem we were in the middle of a running marathon at 10pm. The wifi didnt ever connect. We had to use our own Hotspot for our laptop. I wrote a complaint before leaving and of course 2 days later Im still awaiting on a response.

Very quiet, very nice, friendly staff in the breakfast room, clerks were exceptionally excellent.

Everything was exelent

I like that the property is by major shopping centers and offered free breakfast with friendly staff. My room was very rundown. Lot of stains on the carpets in the room and the restroom had a lot of missing caulking and it looked dingy. Shower had no water pressure. TVs need an upgrade too. Super small screen and basic channels.

You cańt get a better hotel for the price. Staff goes above and beyond to help; the complementary breakfast more than satisfying. Coffee and tea available all day. AND the location cańt be beat; Tons of shopping, restaurants, gas stations and quick access to the I-10 and I-15. Will be back every time Ím in the area.

Very clean and staff very friendly. Also breakfast was great

Convenient, friendly staff, and well maintained hotel.

But the next day l saw. Lady whom could be the maid is so kind beautiful spirit she showed me where the pool area was at, and then she came out and retrieve some towels out the bucket and she just was so wonderful

I really enjoyed the jetted tub.

Room was decently clean restroom wasn’t the best AC works. Absolutely amazing and staff is amazing also definitely would come back for the room size and the AC lol

The entire property is labeled smoke free. But when I entered my room it reeked of smoke. I then checked my bathroom and rendered it unusable as my shower was covered in mold. My bedroom window was also stuck open.I let front desk know but was offered no resolve. Please do not stay here it is unsanitary and poorly ran

Exceptional

Best value for the price. Underground parking if you prefer. Large rooms. Again, rating based on price. Updates needed but then the price would go up. Breakfast included and pretty good quality. Lots of cleaning staff and all is tidy and looks, smells clean. Front desk is attentive to who is coming and going. We were having some remodeling done at home and just needed a quiet place to relax for a night. Perfect for our needs without spending a bundle.

Pleasant

Not the cleanest and a little outdated—need more lighting and the outlets added with charges

Not much hot water...never got above Luke warm.

We normally stay here when we come for a quick overnight date night. Book this particular room for the hot tub bath tub. Upon checking in later on in the evening after already taking our payment we were told the hot tub was not usable was told the jets would spray water out of the tub. But you can still use it not the jets. Was disappointed because I feel like it just didn’t happen few hours before we checked in if that was the case they could’ve notified us either via email or text message or calling and saying hey we just want to let you know that this room is having an issue with the hot tub. Would you still like this room or would you like another room? After a long day of shopping just felt like OK let’s just get to our room we just wanna relax and unwind. Use the bathroom. The toilet started making a loud noise as the tank was filling back up with water really irritable sound it was so loud and it took about a good 10 minutes before the sound went away again. I feel like this is a problem that they knew about just didn’t happen when we checked in. It ended up making noise all night I could hear it even with the door shut. The chair by the desk was broken. I had no idea and I went to sit down to take my shoes off and almost fell backwards, so it was little things that were broke that need attention asap for safety and comfort for your guest! I don’t think I will be using them again to for my next day here. I will be checking out the other hotels that are close by.

I like the location. Rude staff
