The rooms wasn’t ready at check in I had to wait. The room smells bad.

The room itself had ants in the restroom and the air conditioner had a loud clanking noise, almost like a dryer with shoes in it. There were crumbs all over the carpet on the stairs and in the hallways. Just a few minor things that can be fixed easy peasy. Parking was pretty good. My overall stay was pleasant no real complaints.

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly

This place was awful ants over took the trash bins, strands of long black hair covered the towels, the ice machine didn’t work the entire time I was there and there was a work cart parked in the hallway for my entire stay. The breakfast was minimal and they ran out of plates so you had to eat from a bowl or saucer I could go on but you presented as a company. It’s always too bad for the customer because we pay in advance now I am left with my experience of a Raddison property SAD

Bad service

The breakfast was sub-par. In particular, the powered eggs verged on disgusting. I may not eat there anymore.

The room was comfy, clean and quiet. Gina was very attentive at breakfast. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

It’s ok stay stuff a little lost a times . It’s ok place to stay there a chair in the back where you can smoke weed pretty cool stuff..

The front desk was very accommodating in switching my room. The kitchen staff, specifically Gina was so attentive and helpful to everyone eating breakfast. She was awesome. Thank you all!!

Mildew smell, bad wifi

Clean room, clean everything! Super friendly staff! Continental breakfast was great and no issues with parking! You’re literally across the street from shopping mall, restaurants and many things to do! I’d definitely book there again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hot tub turbos weren’t working but they accommodated us fine.

Sinks and tub didn't drain Hallway was updated but overall nasty place
