Hyatt Place Ontario / Rancho Cucamonga

Our room was pretty dated. The remote didn't work, the ac was dripping which explains the damp stink in the room. The shower had mold and the shower head was covered in hard water and barely working. The bed was really hard. I was shocked for it being a hyatt. Will not be returning.

There was good parking, the room was clean, staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good! I have ZERO complaints. I will definitely book again. Excellent customer service is hard to find, but thankfully, this hotel has it!

Breakfast was great. Elevator only one was in service. Outside the property around the trash cans are not maintained or cleaned. Also lights went out in the whole building in the later afternoon.

Very good

The pool was small & crowded and noisy from the highway & they only had a few chairs. The good news is that it's across the parking lot from the Ontario Mills Mall which has everything a person could ever need!

Front desk asked us to wait in the lobbby an additional 30 minutes That was very strange The lobby was dirty with stains all over the couches and carpets Furniture looked dirty and worn Same with the elevators Our room was no different everything looked worn down and not properly maintained

Air conditioning was not working properly, room smelled musty, elevator broken, shower head didn't work right, and shower leaked. It was so run down.

The room was fine. However, the negative part of this experience was that a hotel staff decided to call our room at 5:20am regarding an error from check in. When confronted, the staff did not do anything to respond to this strict inconvenience. This call absolutely ruined our stay and made it uncomfortable. If you are looking for a big room, it’s your hotel. But if you want good service find somewhere else.

Somebody vandalized the fire extinguishers on the sixth floor. The smell was horrible. I could not stay in my room. We were removed to the third floor because it was the only room that was available, the carpet was wet and it had a strong chemical smell. Also, a staff member opened our door without knocking. It was slightly violating. The hotel was very noisy, and the cleanliness was below Standard. The only bright light was Sierra, the front desk girl was excellent.

This was the perfect location for us. We go visit our family in California and this location was great! Clean room, pet friendly, the staff was super friendly. I can't think of anything.

The only thing missing was Guests weren't able to grill food outside.

I did not like the staff attending breakfast. They were rude, as they didn’t let me get a piece of muffin at 10:02 am

breakfast no tv service could not get any channels 2 hours later someone came to the room and got it going turned it off and same thing when i turned it back on no channels this was very dissapointing

Not as clean as other reviews indicated . Stains on the carpet , hair in the bathroom . Hotel is older and it shows

I loved the location. You can walk to the mall or local eateries. The checking in and the front receptionists were friendly. I loved that it included breakfast. My kids loved the pool. I didn’t have my room cleaned every day during the five nights I stayed because there was so many of us. So when I asked a maid to collect our trash or give us new towels, it seemed like I would get attitude or they would tell me yes they will and they didn’t. I understand it gets busy, but that’s something that is in their job description. The breakfast isn’t that great when I did find the time to go down there.
