The only problem I had with this property was that the AC unit made a lot of noise that bothered me all night, so I decided to leave early during my next stay at this property.

Rooms really need to be updated. Ripped sofas, dirty carpet, etc. They don’t clean your room at all during your stay.

Twinkle the Manager was very helpful. Sierra, Christina and the cleaning staff were all very helpful and considerate. My guest and I had a spill on the couch in our room and we were assured that they could take care of the cleaning without an extra charge added. Parking was very easily accessible from the front door and through the side access door. The breakfast selection was good. Bagels, cereals, toast, waffles, muffins, eggs, sausage, potatoes as well as coffee, tea and orange juice and creamers.

Very busy hotel. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was okay. Only complaint: carpet in room looks very dirty

Clean

The property was just dated and seemed like ownership had let the staff have to much leeway.

Located across from a shopping center, so didn't have to go far for entertainment. Check-in was easy. Had a dog with me and even though they state there is no additional pet fee, they get your with a charge of over $100 for "pet cleaning". That was NOT disclosed when I arrived. They make you sign a waiver that the pet will not be left in the room alone, which I understand but I also don't want the dog downstairs as I am trying to get breakfast with other hotel guests. Breakfast was good. Parking was somewhat limited due to containers using some spots so I had to park in the mall lot which I received a parking pass for. The room was very clean and spacious, even smelled fresh when I walked in. Overall a good stay for one night but did not appreciate the no pet fee but yet there's a cleaning fee.

The property needs a facelift. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was fine. The room felt aged. Unfortunately the in-room refrigerator had a leak and on the first night the light over the wash basin went out permanently. The problems were resolved within 24 hours. The level of service was consistently good throughout.

Dirty

The room was generally clean, but the couch was dirty. The problem with this hotel is the noise. You can hear everything from inside the room: the elevator, the ice maker, the doors to the stairs and other room doors opening and shutting, and people talking and yelling in the hall. It is a very difficult environment to sleep in. I was very pleased when the host gave me a new room when I asked. Unfortunately, the new room was no better. I think every room in this hotel is noisy due to no insulation.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Wall paper peeling from the bathroom walls at the leaking shower enclosure. Limited parking. Pathetic breakfast choices.
