The staff was very nice but the carpet smelled and the shower tiles were very dirty.

I stay here every year for work. Great location. Great amenities. Parking is not great but there is always across the street. Had a lot of trucks, trailors and party busses parked sideways taking up multiple spots in there tiny parking lot. Trailers and busses should be across the street. Breakfast is great. Staff is nice.

No one ever said that their only had one working elevator. So peak times it takes a few tries to get the one elevator that worked. Also house keeping don’t come every day to clean . Other than that everything was good.

Exceptional

The staff was lovely and parking is free and easy. Proximity to freeways and Ontario Mills is convenient. I’ve stayed here before and always had good experiences but this time was a little different. There is some kind of construction happening and only 1 elevator was operational. The worst part but not the fault of Hyatt, was that I had twice reported the aroma of weed coming thru the ventilation system. It was BAD. They did identify the culprit but only as he was checking out the same day as me. The place is in need of some updates and a refresh.

The bathroom was not clean, with visible moldy grout. The entire facility needs an update. Frayed and worn carpet in the room. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train, and when I turned it off for some peace and quiet, the unit got very hot to the touch. Not worth the $250+ price. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fair.

Area was convenient working on lobby, no ac and only 1 elevator working. The room was great and spacious, but the sofa was very dirty.

Hotel is an older Hyatt & you can tell. The pictures were not actual pictures of hotel. This hotel smelt funny, one broken elevator(there was only two), breakfast was 8:30am- 9:30am (and once something was gone, it was gone!) & homeless people everywhere!

Está limpio superficialmente , pero ocupa lavado de carpeta, la s toallas necesitan reemplazarse , son muy viejas , las máquinas de hielo igualmente estaban descompuestas y muy viejas , al igual los elevadores , uno no servía y tuvimos que usar las escaleras por lo lento del servicio para usarlo, en el desayuno solo tenías leche regular , no había opciones , generalmente el hotel necesita una renovación , gracias por leer esto y tomarlo el cuenta

Loved everything about my stay from breakfast to room comfort to how close ur off the freeway and all the food spots around Elevator took forever

Besides the current remodeling going on…my family and I had a good staycation.

Clean rooms staff is amazing only thing wrong elevators don’t work

Great on everything will stay again in the future
