It’s near a lot of restaurants It seems to be very old. Definitely not like the same Ayres I’ve stayed at before. The bed was so worn out my mom couldn’t sleep comfortably. The first night she woke up with back pains. I had to switch beds with her because mines was halfway decent. The tv remote and channels are all misconstrued. There’s no channel guide paper like the other Ayres I stayed at which tells you. So I went to the front desk and they gave me a paper that was dated from June 2021 which had no relevance to the channels now cause it didn’t match. The breakfast at the property was horrible! The hash browns were undercooked and the eggs were watery. It’s very disappointing cause I had a great experience at the Ayres in Orange County ! The food , the beds, the customer service everything was excellent and so I took pride in booking my next stay at the Ayres again this time in Ontario for me and my mothers getaway weekend and it was really disappointing. Now I gotta find another hotel to stay at next time we are in the area cause it just wasn’t the best.

I recommend replacing the old mattresses, at least in the room I got. I couldn't sleep very well.

Check in was okay The TV remote stopped working. I requested a different remote and received one that didn’t work at all. I was offered to switch rooms by the maintenance crew By now if was around 1:00am so went the whole stay without a TV.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, and the free parking was a nice bonus. The only downside was that the room felt a bit musty, even with the air conditioning running. The complimentary breakfast was fairly basic, but I appreciated having it available. We only stayed one night with our family while attending a nearby event, and overall, the hotel offered good value for the price. Would definitely consider staying here again for a short visit.
