Our favorite family hotel

Staff were able amazing and very helpful. Breakfast and amenities were also fire, anything to stay outta my room unless needed.

The free shuttle was a plus and great breakfast in the morning.

When we arrived in our room, the AC was off so it was really hot in the room. It took a while to cool off so I propped opened the room door to help it cool off sooner. Other than that we had a great stay!

The room had nasty smell and we didn’t sleep at all because the AC was loud. They need to replace that AC.

The room we got had a horrible smell, like urine smell mixed with cleaning. We had to ask to move to another room. Luckily the place was not full and they were able to move us. Next day, our room was not cleaned.

It’s near a lot of restaurants It seems to be very old. Definitely not like the same Ayres I’ve stayed at before. The bed was so worn out my mom couldn’t sleep comfortably. The first night she woke up with back pains. I had to switch beds with her because mines was halfway decent. The tv remote and channels are all misconstrued. There’s no channel guide paper like the other Ayres I stayed at which tells you. So I went to the front desk and they gave me a paper that was dated from June 2021 which had no relevance to the channels now cause it didn’t match. The breakfast at the property was horrible! The hash browns were undercooked and the eggs were watery. It’s very disappointing cause I had a great experience at the Ayres in Orange County ! The food , the beds, the customer service everything was excellent and so I took pride in booking my next stay at the Ayres again this time in Ontario for me and my mothers getaway weekend and it was really disappointing. Now I gotta find another hotel to stay at next time we are in the area cause it just wasn’t the best.
