Rude staff
-
There was no hair dryer or ironing board; the bedspreads had holes and burn marks; the bathroom towels didn't look clean—they looked dirty and had red lipstick stains on them—and yet they still won't return the deposit! 👎
-
Smoking room was the only room d left and Expedia didn’t disclose that

Front office lady was very nice and the property was very well maintained. Honestly I was a little skeptical being next to a truck stop but it was super clean and the beds were comfortable. No frills, was perfect for a rest before hitting the road.

Staff is extremely rude, my bed didnt have a comforter and the hotel is too close to the train tracks.
-
Didn't even ask for a refund, that wasn't offered, will not return unless its a last resort. I do believe they can do better, and I hope they do. Absolute abismal experience
