Nice Clean room for a over night stay

Staff is extremely rude, my bed didnt have a comforter and the hotel is too close to the train tracks.

Didn't even ask for a refund, that wasn't offered, will not return unless its a last resort. I do believe they can do better, and I hope they do. Absolute abismal experience

The staff was kinda rude and their policy about having to reissue the room key and Wi-Fi after the first day during a 2 night stay

The receptionist could have been more attentive. The room was ok, but I found a roach in the room. Overall I was satisfied due to length of stay was short.

The location was close to food restaurants so that was a plus !

Extremely old and dirty pillow case had blood on it and markers pillow were were old the cover got the bed had holes in it floors had many scratches the chair was dirty the toilet run for 20 minutes after flushing I have pictures

Staff was very friendly and very kind. Would stay there again. Little noisy with the train, but you get used to it

I booked through Expedia and contacted Expedia directly before arrival to inform them that we would be checking in late. The hotel acknowledged the late arrival and indicated that our room would be held. When we arrived, we were informed that our room had been resold. We then spent more than an hour trying to resolve the issue with the front desk. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting us was rude, condescending, and unwilling to take responsibility for what happened. The situation became even more upsetting when the hotel suggested placing us in a smoking room despite being told several times that my son has asthma. Offering a smoking room after being informed of a child’s respiratory condition showed a complete lack of concern for our family’s well-being. The hotel ultimately refused to refund the money for the room they failed to provide. We were left stressed, frustrated, and forced to deal with a problem that should never have happened in the first place. A confirmed reservation should be honored, especially when the hotel has been notified in advance of a late arrival. This experience reflected very poorly on the property’s management and customer service.

Nothen Someone had been in room before .they couldn't change out pillow cases. Air-conditioning didn't come on it was hot they said unplug for five min. Plug back in really! Haven't got deposit back.they said they would comp. Us for it nothing
