Exceptional

The restroom was dirty and the glass mirror was dirty as wells.

I liked how calm and clean the entire hotel was!

Safe area, clean. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Everything was perfect.

Exceptional

Very good

I like the property it was in a great area the breakfast is really good the staff is really nice the price is great The bed wasn’t as comfortable maybe they need new mattresses I don’t like that the doors from other people’s room slam.

We only stayed one night and arrived late. But the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

It was a great stay, and we really enjoyed the room. It was perfect. Admit all expectations and if I need to leave again, I will be willing to stay there again. It was a great stable when we went down for breakfast they ran out and it was slow to bring out more food and when they did, it was cold and they said it was because he only had one person weren’t working and that’s why I took so long

Always clean and neat through out the property and the room. Nice and safe and quiet

Muy bien el cuarto

Bad

Friendly and accommodating staff, Comfortable beds Noisy air conditioner

Good

We really enjoyed our stay here the room was clean staff was great and the breakfast was so yummy. Parking was never an issue. We will be returning

In addition, the room I was assigned was far from the elevators and was not properly cleaned. The floor was sticky, there was no hand soap, the toilet looked worn and poorly maintained, and the shower had significant mineral buildup that affected the water flow. There was also a water leak around the bathroom door that caused the floor towel to become wet. I have had better experiences here in the past, but this time the combination of the additional fees and the cleanliness and maintenance issues makes me prefer to look for another property for future stays.

Exceptional

Clean, quiet - only con is that elevator is smack in the middle and our room was off to the opposite side. The stairs are nice and ample more like stairs in a home not creepy building stairs, I really liked that. No comment on breakfast, N/A - only had a black coffee and it was good! Right off the 10 freeway it’s great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
