Close to freeway, good breakfast and clean. Staff was nice and room was spacious. Shower handle was loose.

Stay was just right for what I needed during my business trip

My issue started with something simple. I woke up expecting to make coffee in my room, only to find there were no coffee cups stocked. When you are paying around $300 a night, basic amenities should be ready. Morning coffee is not a special request. It is one of the basic things people expect at a hotel. When I called the front desk at 7:00 am, I was told I would have to wait until 9:00 a for housekeeping or come downstairs myself. The woman made it clear she was not bringing anything up. Later, around 8:15, I saw Matthew at the front desk with that same employee, and there were multiple housekeepers about 100 feet from my room getting ready. There was also staff working breakfast. Any one of them could have brought up a coffee cup if the front desk had made a small effort. When I brought this up, the woman acted like I was the inconvenience. No apology, no accountability, just attitude over a basic coffee cup. Matthew seemed surprised, but the lack of customer service was obvious. Prices keep going up while service and attention to detail keep going down. SpringHill Suites and Marriott should be embarrassed that this is the level of hospitality being provided. For the price, this was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly stocked, the response was poor, and the customer service was unacceptable. I have stayed here before, but I will not stay here again.

Beware- I booked on Expedia and it said multiple beds well multiple beds means 1 couch and 1 kid size bed. The space was clean.
