Hotel d’Lins Ontario Airport

Not all of the amenities were available. Jacuzzi tub was closed under maintenance. The bar was permanently closed, more than half of the hotel was under renovation. Seemed like a ghost town. Breakfast was closed early on Sunday and there wasn’t a full selection as they offered Saturday. No milk for the cereal, no bread, no juices, no toast. Only black tea and coffee for breakfast. Very disappointed in how this hotel was promoted on expedia. Requested extra towels for a 2 night stay and never received it.

The staff is always extremely helpful and accommodating great breakfast and the courtyard is delightful i highly recommend the D'Lins hotel

For thr price i paid, it was not up to price expectations.

the room was clean and pretty decent if you're staying less than 2 days. The bed didnt have any stain or bug. the kitchen items was clean. However, they only offer 1 towel and the vent on the ceiling was leaking. It didn't really bother me but if you're a picky person then you might complain about that. their breakfast was pretty good as well. The area was quiet and hidden, so its a plus. Overall, I had a good stay.

It was a celebration stay so all went without a hitch. So very fabulous

I love the place is so quiet. The AC works really good in any room you get they have security at night. I love that for a little feet. They let you stay with your dog. Sometimes I take my dog and we love the place.

Absolutely Nothing ! Everything..Especially didnt like the racist staff.The Manager Bonnie & receptionist Aurther were the two that Im specifically talking about..They definitely dediscriminated against us because we're people of color as well for being disabled w/ service animals.

Great check in and check out. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean, beautifully updated. I was a bit disappointed the jacuzzi was not working and I do miss that potatoes they used to have for breakfast. The breakfast did include hash browns, mini pancakes, sausage, toast, hard boiled eggs,cereal and juices. Overall a wonderfully quiet stay for a great price.

Only good thing I can say is the room was clean. The rest of the place was practically vacant with signs on a lot of room doors with "notice to vacate". The notice indicated that they were in violation of several ordinances and had work done without permits. It did not look like they had any construction going on to fix the place either. Seriously gave a "bates hotel" type of vibe. Creepy. I won't stay again.
