SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ontario Airport

We stayed one night before heading home. The location is excellent if you are leaving from Ontario Airport, which is less than a mile away. The room we got had A/C that didn't work properly.

This place a getto… not maintained from flickering parking lot lights to broken elevator no security and cooling unit that don’t work… employees don’t fix and don’t care… this bottom shelf for best western… trash hole

Pleasant

Fair overall, just severely understaffed. Searching elevator with hand made signs as to "what to do if it stalls" would stick open with alarms blaring. Use the stairs!

Good

The room was run down. I didn't notice until I was packing to leave that water was leaking onto the rug under the sink. I was keeping my dirty clothes under the sink and when I picked it up to pack to leave, my clothing and rug was damp

Easy access from the freeway. Centrally located for my appointment. Clean rooms and quiet environment.

Good

easy check in!! Only thing is lobby is closed all night i couldnt get water :(

Staff is always soo welcoming and helpful, this is my go to hotel anytime I am in the area.

The location Fridge unplugged, the room smells like cigarettes,, there was a little leak in the ceiling by the toilet

The staff was friendly but there was a malfunction with the fire alarm at 1 in the morning and blared for 30 minutes straight. The fire department had to be called to reset the system. The property overall is run down and not very clean. Doors are broken and office is not staffed 24/7. Overall a bad experience and I would not recommend.

Exceptional

It's a budget hotel, so it was an okay stay. I just needed one night. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basically toast and a banana, nothing special. The staff was very nice and friendly.

First impressions of the hotel were not good. There were people smoking weed outside in the parking lot. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. I was nervous when we got in the elevator and there was a sign of what to do if the elevator stops and the sign was a self made sign. We actually had to follow the instructions from the sign to get the elevator to close and go down when we checked out which is not ideal. Getting to our room the door frame was old dirty worn out. Walking into the room first impression it wasn’t that clean. The curtains had stains all over them. There was a stain on the bed spread. The air conditioner did not work it blew out cool air but was not cold and it never got cold and it was so uncomfortable to stay and sleep it felt like a sauna. The bathroom toilet had a leak and soaked up the floor towels. The breakfast was good enough not spectacular. The employees were nice. We won’t be back and I would tell someone to spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

Clean rooms safe parking

The location was convenient to restaurants and stores

Always a safe stay they just need to clean the rooms better

I had to shower with my flip flops on because the tub was filling up as I showered. There was no house keeping

The property is rundown, unkempt, and dirty. Our room was filthy, that she had blood stains, and there was hair in our toilet and trash in our trash trashcan.
