To me the location of the hotel might be the difference between staying close to the airport. The staff was nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was not great. I grabbed a banana and headed out for the day. The place could use a facelift and some maintenance.

Cleaning standards are implemented. Rooms are not getting serviced to health standards. Front desk let us know only one maid is only there daily, unbelievable for a pretty large amount of rooms.

There is an African American woman at the front desk who lacks customer service care. I had been there 6 days and everytime I asked her for service she gave attitude and lacked any kind of communication skills, care and empathy. I’m sure pretty the don’t service rooms regularly as she kept saying there was only one maid for all those rooms everyday. That is a huge miss how are we to know rooms are getting cleaned to health code standards. I get the every 3 days but 6 unbelievable!

I'm the room... my toilet leaked, shower had a few strands of hair in it upon arrival. But, bed comfortable, quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff

Everything you needed was within a five minute drive. Nice and slightly secluded. The front desk associates were very helpful and kind.

Nice… peaceful quiet and clean place

The ice machine was not working and the second machine could not make enough ice for the over 300 guest.

The pool was clean and cute with all the trees and plants around but could use some pool chairs. The guest had to place towels on the floor if you wanted to sit around by the pool.

No gluten free choices at breakfast like hard boiled or scrambled eggs sausage or g free breads. Poor idea of breakfast choice and no variety of tea.all ice machines broken also. Need at least extra towel and washcloth
