SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ontario Airport

Everyone was nice but the hotel is very bare bones

It wasn’t what I expected.

Nice and very beautiful location. From the balcony you get to see the lovely view of mountains, take your daily dose of natural Vitamin D while looking without going for a walk. Close Chinese restaurant infact very walking distance. Close to stores like targets etc probably 8-10mins drive. Breakfast is not bad, the lady at the dinning is very nice and approachable likewise other staffs. Environment feels safe for children especially tolders. Good for evening walk. Our room doesn't get cleaned for 10days of staying despite the fact that I made a request constantly. However, at least we got new towels.

Always my favorite front desk--- Daryl. So friendly, acommodating and proffesional. Barbara-- the one in charge of the breakfast, friendly and has the warmest personality. Even the housekeepers are nice. My second home whenever I need a short staycation.

The rooms were DISGUISING! Sheets had vomit stains, the rooms smelled like weed/blunts, the curtains didn’t close. I would NEVER stay here again.

I could have enjoyed my stay a lot better if it were not for a woman, who clearly sounded like she was high on drugs (by the sound of her voice, I did not open the room door) at 3:00 AM. She kept knocking and asking "poppers" and to be let in, and I told her to go away or I would call the police. My room was on the first floor with the entrance facing the parking lot and the room was at the very end. I feel very ambivalent about ever staying at this place again. Do not recommend under my circumstances.

Front desk staff were great, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Will be booking again.

Very basic room, basic breakfast offerings. I was most pleased with the nice welcome from the front desk.

I did not like the fact that I had blood on the blanket where I put my face like drops of blood and it wasn't mine I did not like the fact that they have somebody there with no gloves serving you your oatmeal and coffee and she was kind of rude

To me the location of the hotel might be the difference between staying close to the airport. The staff was nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was not great. I grabbed a banana and headed out for the day. The place could use a facelift and some maintenance.

Great affordable hotel.

Cleaning standards are implemented. Rooms are not getting serviced to health standards. Front desk let us know only one maid is only there daily, unbelievable for a pretty large amount of rooms.
