Hampton Inn By Hilton Ontario Airport

New and pretty clean, but there was no bottle of water in the room. I checked in after midnight because of my flight and I had to leave before 5 AM so there was nothing available for me to eat or drink.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the pool and the staff were helpful.

Clean room, nice hotel, close to airport

It appeared that only one employee was responsible for preparing and restocking the breakfast while also taking out the trash. She seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with everything. Most other hotels I’ve stayed at have two or three employees managing the breakfast area, which allows them to keep it clean and fully stocked.Overall, I believe the hotel needs to improve its organization, cleanliness, and staffing. They also need to do a better job maintaining guest rooms, ensuring toiletries are replenished, and addressing the no hot water !!

The room was.clean, and breakfast was good. We had a great stay.

The breakfast very good! The pool and outside seating area is nice but the regular rooms on Hampton inn is small and it family friendly.

The breakfast was awesome, the convenience to the airport was great. The noise was the issue. The staff put us next to the freeway and the window quality was horrible so it took me a while before I could fall asleep due to the extreme noise.

Why pay to park over night if u are a Custumer that pay for the room

Clean place, good breakfast with waffle maker, pool is not clean though, but the hotel is very nice and clean and provide free coffee in main lobby

Breakfast hours for Holidays I suggest to be the same as weekend extended till 10am

This was one of most miserable hotel experiences I have ever had and I've stayed at hundreds and hundreds of hotels. Some was the hotels fault some not. First, we booked an accessible room for my mother who has mobility issues, which we were given, however, that room was on the 2nd floor at the farthest end of the hotel possible. How does that make sense? Also, this is a new hotel and the sound proofing was horrible. There was a party of stunted adults going on by the pool that got louder as the beers kept flowing and I could here every word from my closed up room. Also there were kids yelling and running back and forth in the hallway and it seemed like they were in the room with us, and overhead the 3rd floor room sounded like a soccer team was playing a match - all this went on until midnight. Also known you can easily hear all the traffic on the nearby 10 freeway. So, this place is a big NO from me.
