The main lobby was clean The room was dirty, the shower didn’t work at all and for the whole trip we had to use cold water to shower the floors in said shower were falling apart. Hotel staff is extremely rude and unhelpful claimed they couldn’t switch our rooms when I complained on the first day and said they would try to send someone to fix it yet no one ever came or did a bad job at fixing it. When asked for a partial refund we got nothing.

Some staff are not friendly and not even smiling.

stayed overnight because we had a formal event to attend...it served its purpose.

Was a convenient location and new facility. Shower was nice and the bed was comfortable, will be back.

What I liked most was that they let me register before the scheduled time. The only thing I didn't like is that I don't have shampoo or hair conditioner.

I didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast. Coffee was good

New and pretty clean, but there was no bottle of water in the room. I checked in after midnight because of my flight and I had to leave before 5 AM so there was nothing available for me to eat or drink.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the pool and the staff were helpful.

Clean room, nice hotel, close to airport

It appeared that only one employee was responsible for preparing and restocking the breakfast while also taking out the trash. She seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with everything. Most other hotels I’ve stayed at have two or three employees managing the breakfast area, which allows them to keep it clean and fully stocked.Overall, I believe the hotel needs to improve its organization, cleanliness, and staffing. They also need to do a better job maintaining guest rooms, ensuring toiletries are replenished, and addressing the no hot water !!

The room was.clean, and breakfast was good. We had a great stay.

The breakfast very good! The pool and outside seating area is nice but the regular rooms on Hampton inn is small and it family friendly.

The breakfast was awesome, the convenience to the airport was great. The noise was the issue. The staff put us next to the freeway and the window quality was horrible so it took me a while before I could fall asleep due to the extreme noise.
