Not worth the money

Showering was a challenge just as surrendered to having to shower with cold water it finally began to warm up. Requested our room to be cleaned on Wednesday and let them know we had ants. No cleaning!! AT ALL!!! We checked out Friday. That's gross. Thought I had found my hotel since it's close to my son's housing. NEVER AGAIN!!! The staff is nice but doesn't make up for the lack of service execution

Room was really comfortable and very clean. location is great over all property is great. Checking in was ok!

Check in was prompt but when i went to my room someone was still in the room. Was given another room and we woke up with ants on our belongings

but it was not listed that they charge for overnight parking for GUESTS. we ended up not parking there. The place itself is nice, Carmen was very helpful amd nice though.

This place is brand new and very nice. I would stay here again for sure. Only complaint I have is that the room’s A/C and light in the bathroom has motion sensors. So, the room was uncomfortably hot for me and my friend. (Also, you can only set it to 68 as the lowest) And the light would turn off in the bathroom while I would shower. I would hope that gets resolved for future patrons.

Wonderful new hotel. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Saw a concert at the Toyota Arena, shuttle took us both ways.

New, spotless, clean. Great gym with new treadmills, ellipticals, bike, weights, etc. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel did move us to another room, but the replacement was slightly smaller and had a much worse view than what we originally booked. At that point, the experience was already frustrating and not at all what I expected when paying for a hotel stay. What made the situation worse was the communication afterward. I was told that because I booked through Expedia, there was very little the hotel could do regarding compensation. Expedia then claimed they tried reaching the hotel about the situation to approve a refund but based on my experience and the information I received from the hotel, I have serious doubts that the situation was handled the way Expedia claimed it was. The lady Rhonda at the front desk said she never got a call. The only thing the hotel ultimately offered was to waive the parking fee. While I appreciated that, it did not make up for arriving to a room that was not properly prepared, having to switch rooms, and ending up with a less desirable room. Overall, the lack of accountability from both the hotel and Expedia was the most disappointing part. I expected much better service and transparency, especially when traveling with my children. I would think twice before booking this property again.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazingly helpful. Especially Rochelle and Amber. The bar was well stocked with great food options. And they offered shuttle service to And from the Toyota arena where we were visiting. Would definitely go back again.

Staff very professional. I would come back in the near future.

Even though the hotel is pretty new, the staff made sure I was taken care of. :)

Great experience overall; the staff was attentive, the rooms were well setup with quality bedding and amenities and the hotel itself is well designed and taken care of. Would stay again.

New Hotel, would have been nice to have a dinning room for dinner. Food was great and had to eat it at the bar. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was typical buffet and had good variety. Coffee was good. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice and large. Gym was clean and had free weights. The room was large and clean. Kitchen and a living room. Large TV. Nice shower.
