Hyatt House Ontario Airport

Great hotel, especially for the price!

New property so in good shape kingbed room was fairly small and nice but not superior for the price expected a little better. Also didn’t appreciate being charged $18 for standard lot parking on the property Staff all nice and helpful

Our day was so amazing. Everything was great. The room were clean. Need the beds were so comfortable me and my husband had a great time even though it was only for one night. It was awesome.

Everything was amazing and fact that everything was new made it even better. Try to keep up on the beauty

Band new hotel, very helpful staff. Bartenders were great and fun to chat with. Check in and check out were quick. Breakfast was very good and included. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well staffed keeping it organized and clean. Will be back.

The hotel is on the newer side - opened over the summer of 26’ and breakfast as well as the pool and lounge areas were beautifully maintained

It was a great stay! Game room open 24 hrs, very safe location, you do have to pay for parking but it made it safer. Tasty breakfast offered and a pool available to anyone staying. It was clean and very nice!

Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had to wait 2 hours to get our room called down to the desk for towels and nobody came with new towels they had comped me for parking and then tired to charge me for parking after they and the stay was already paid.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are super clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The pool area is beautiful. Everything is clean organized. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and I will definitely stay in this hotel every time I go to Ontario

Clean, roomy, excellent location for travelling on and out of Ontario.

Exceptional

Brand new location. Everything is excellent.

Property was well maintained and room was beautiful

It's a new property so everything is new. I was impressed with a the amenities, the pool, free breakfast, a bar area that serves food also. All you need is close by. I would definitely stay there again...

Everything was at its best

The only issue is that the airport shuttle starts at 6am.

sensitive, the lowest you can set it is 68°, 69° but it will consistently turn off once you stop moving around the room. So you wake up in the middle of the night baking at 74° because the sensor has no idea that you just might be sleeping at 2:30am. The staff are outstanding, they have great laundry machines available , the location is great. But they should fire whoever thought motion sensitive climate control would ever pass in a beautiful hotel. Good luck if you choose this place

Everything was great except for the part that they didn’t have rooms ready until after 4pm.

Good location
