Delta Hotels by Marriott Ontario Airport

Pool was ice cold and dirty.

One last statement, if a hotel is hosting a large event they should advise that on their site. I am far from a prude, but having a bunch of people run around in animal outfits and men wearing tight shorts and bras with make up and high heels is not what I want to be exposed to, especially at that scale. They also thought it was cute to mess with me when they saw I was not comfortable with it. Overall a horrible experience resulting in little to no sleep.

Exceptional

I liked how clean the property was how, well maintain the property was, and how helpful the staff was however, I was very unhappy about their being no complementary breakfast

We had a great stay at Delta Marriott Hotel. EJ at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and thorough in answering all my questions. The entire staff was welcoming and provided excellent service, Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Excellent service and Amenities

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!! I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE!!! I'll definitely be back with my family next time. It's close by the airport. 10/10

Very clean property The refrigerator didnt work as well and I was charged two separate deposits for my Sat and Sun bookings when they could have been combined. Also was charged for two overnight stays and I was parked in the handicap with my placard which is against the law!

This hotel was perfect for our family while traveling for a sports tournament at the Ontario Convention Center. The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed, and made getting to and from the tournament so easy. The breakfast was also really good, which was a huge plus for our family before a busy day. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Check-in was at three but they were really back up in getting the rooms ready for check in didn’t get into my room until after 4:30

Nice location easy access to freeway and airport, very nice and clean hotel. Check-in was at three but they were really back up in getting the rooms ready for check in didn’t get into my room until after 4:30

We asked for our shower to get fixed on night one. Checked out 4 days later and it was still not fixed.

Huge property. Nice lobby and room. However the layout is terrible. Next time will request 1st floor

Don’t like the idea I have to pay for normal amenities. I won’t stay at this hotel again.

Superb

Itzel was so lovely in helping me with any questions I had! The room was very comfy and in such a convenient area!!! The bar staff was super helpful ! Everyone was great ! ;)

Great location, clean property and friendly staff.

Room was nice, spacious, and clean. The only thing you have to pay for parking $30 for 24 hours.

Clean room and friendly staff
