Delta Hotels by Marriott Ontario Airport

Don’t like the idea I have to pay for normal amenities. I won’t stay at this hotel again.

Itzel was so lovely in helping me with any questions I had! The room was very comfy and in such a convenient area!!! The bar staff was super helpful ! Everyone was great ! ;)

Room was nice, spacious, and clean. The only thing you have to pay for parking $30 for 24 hours.

Looks nice in pictures but inside the halls it smelled a lot like carpet deodorizer the ice machines are a mile away if your room is on opposite side. There's a lot of events going on at once there was three events plus the restaurant that operates there creates a lot of traffic in a small place

Great Staff CJ was so nice and accommodating. Only stayed one night but my shower was hot and I slept well. The only mistake was I got in someone’s uber instead of the airport shuttle. But the uber driver was nice and still took me to the airport because he thought I was his uber person and waved me over to him. Highly recommend staying.

Really nice hotel. I was a bit annoyed that I was told to pay for parking by scanning the QRCode on parking sign but I was told by several other guests that they got a free parking pass. I was there during the CA bar testing on July 28 and 29. I was never told I could obtain a parking pass.

I felt secure that transportation to the airport at 3:30 am would be reliable and it was. The staff is friendly and accommodating 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean and large. Room service and restaurant hours were limited. I would stay again!

The hotel breakfast was okay. It was definitely not worth the $17 price. I might consider it at the $10 member rate, but not otherwise. We were asked to sign the bill and leave a tip before even entering the breakfast area, which felt quite ridiculous. The Chinese restaurant didn’t tell us about the mandatory 20% service charge until we were paying. The server there did not speak English and provided virtually no service, no water refills, no napkins (they put a bag of napkins on every table). Some dishes were delicious, but the seafood did not taste fresh. The biggest issue was the room itself. Throughout the night, there was an extremely loud mechanical noise that came and went intermittently, accompanied by noticeable vibrations. It was so uncomfortable that even when I wasn't trying to sleep, I often had to leave the room and sit in the lobby. Overall, the hotel looks impressive on the outside, but there are many problems once you actually stay there. My overall experience was worse than at most four-star hotels.

Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub area and a fine fitness facility. Comfortable quiet rooms.
