Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub area and a fine fitness facility. Comfortable quiet rooms.

Room was nice and modern. Love the free shuttle to the airport. Very close to Ontario Airport. Staff very helpful. Dining choices available in the lobby.

The front desk people were incredibly rude. My air conditioning was broken and they said they would fix it and when the guy came he said he was going to get a ladder and he never came back. I went to the front desk to ask and they said for me to be patient and they never did anything and I was waiting in my room the whole time. Terrible customer service

Staff needs more training

Breakfast is great!!!!! The lobby is welcoming and spacious.

It was okay for the money. the room did not have tissue paper or cups for the coffee. Also the parking fee(18$) was expensive for just a spot not covered.

I know I am not the first customer to call this out . . . your interior signage is atrocious. Better stated , WORTHLESS. Your employees can’t even interpret it either making navigating the property horrible. Whoever you paid to create the paper map of the complex could not have been older than 7 years of age and used a ruler and a crayin to draw it. The shower door would not stay closed; it kept sliding open despite closing it over and over and over and over again. The telephone in the room did not work either. I had to use my mobile phone to call the hotel, press “0” and get into a hold queue to just ask a simple question.

Would stay there again. Close to places to eat.

The hotel is just beautiful walking in and right across the street from the Ontario convention center. Likely as close as one could stay. On the first night after the convention Billy Zane and Mena Suvari walked through and Billy was staying there. If its good enough for them its definitely good enough for me. Our last hotel experience at a different hotel was not so good so after that THIS hotel was like a dream come true! We had SUCH a great stay and have decided THIS hotel is a MUST stay while coming to Ontario! Many thanks the the staff for creating such a memorable experience during our vacation!

And despite being near airport. Didn’t hear ongoing traffic

Clean and organized room. Good customer service from the staffs, good and more than enough breakfast.

The common areas were well maintained. The hallways and rooms are a little threadbare.

A couple of issues: the a/c runs really loud. And there wasn't a fan speed control, only a temperature setting. So it was either loud or not. The noise really kept me awake most of the night. Sheer curtain in my room was torn.
