Great stay at this hotel will be booking again. The only thing a bit disappointing was the fact that the coffee machine was displayed in the lobby and was not in service. I have never had that happen in any hotel I stay at it’s always complimentary and I enjoy a cup on my way to my room. Not a huge issue but this occurred.

Everything was great but when it came to trying to reach someone at the front desk via phone it was so difficult. I wish it would’ve been easier to get assistance.

The Hilton Holiday Inn Ontario Airport was great, clean, quiet and what I needed. Close to the Airport for an early morning flight. If you are flying at or before 5 am, be sure to download the Uber App. The local GOAT App couldn't find me at Fox Rental after I dropped off my car. Then they don't even run VERY early morning. Uber did both and quick!! The main problem is that the Hotel (or maybe the reservation hub,which was purported to be the front desk) could not find my Expedia reservation when I called to let them know I would be a "late check-in". Which I thought was strange... when I called to get the local transportation info (GOAT that didn't work) the woman who took the call found it with no problem. And when I checked out in the morning the desk clerk found my name on 2 reservations.... Do the call takers work on some sort of commission so he "couldn't find a reservation" which left me no choice but to book one with him. For that reason I do not recommend Expedia. Especially if you are traveling for a quick stay to visit a loved one who is in the hospital with a bad prognosis. I really didn't need the extra stress.

I reported these issues to the front desk, and they moved me to a different room. While I appreciated the room change, the second room wasn’t much better. The shower was stained, and there were not enough sheets provided for the sofa bed. During my stay, I also called the front desk to request additional towels. I was told, “No problem, we’ll send them up.” However, when I returned later that day, no fresh towels had been delivered, and the room had not been lightly cleaned either. Overall, I did not have the level of cleanliness or service I expected. While the staff was courteous when I reported the initial issues, the follow-through on my requests was lacking, and the overall experience was disappointing.

The free shuttle per the website starts at 4am. That only applies to weekdays. Weekend shuttle service starts at 6 am. That would have been nice to know since the reason I booked was the included shuttle service.

We stayed on the second floor and we could hear what sounded like stomping right above us. It was quite annoying trying to sleep. I could not hear any talking which makes me wonder if it’s just the floors that make each step seem so loud.

It needs to be clear to the customer all the strings attached to shuttles to the airport We stayed at this hotel because of the airport shuttle and they couldn’t accommodate us for our 5 am flight because it was a Sunday. Be clear with transportation times and days.

My fav hotel in the Ontario area. Always clean! Has fridge and microwave. #1

so nice. It really got me some much needed rest.

Amenities were very dirty

We stayed for a week room service never came I called downstairs several times let the housekeepers know I wanted my room clean.we got back in the night we had ants again contacted the front desk had to wait a hour for towels to be washed they sent someone up to spray raid.

Great staff and very nice hotel.

Checkin and checkout process was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean but I did find ants in the bathroom.

Super centrally located, clean, and easy to check in and out. Very helpful staff and I’d definitely stay there again.

Noise from adjoining rooms was pretty! I would stay here again though. Nice hotel, just a little noisy.
