Excelente lugar, muy recomendable.

Located near the Ontario Airport, the hotel offered easy access to major freeways, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Additionally, housekeeping services were inadequate, visiting only twice during my 14-day stay unless requested, I had to ask twice on the same day with different staff members, eventually I waited for the housekeeper to clean 2 days after.

I will 100% stay here again!! The rooms were spacious, with all the amenities, except a stove. The property is well maintained and staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in/Check-out was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast has many of options, but there are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles. The gym on property has everything you need. The pool was very clean and the laundry room came in handy. The only negatives would be the property sits adjacent to the highway and the bar hours are odd. or So, you do hear the traffic passing by if your room is close to the highway side of the building, but it’s not terrible. The bar is only open on weeknights (never on the weekend) and closes at 10pm. The bar does offer food, but the options are limited. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I highly recommend it.

Our room was cleaned once and they charge for parking per day $20 a day. Are you kidding me?

Nice new place rooms were spacious

The connivence. Comfortable rooms. Clean. And is in a Great Locations with Great food chains close by and the mall. Dedk clerks were very nice.

The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky.

Room was nice. They charge $20 per night for parking in an open lot with homeless people walking around, at least have security if you are going to charge for that. Very loud outside with being next to the freeway and construction being done. They refuse to clean the room unless you specifically call and ask it to be done, I had done so and they still didn't come clean the room. The pool was super dirty I asked multiple times for it to be cleaned and kept getting the excuse that it was windy (it was not that windy on those days). Staff at the front desk was rude, except Matthew. Overall it was a very frustrating experience and I will never go back.

Ummmmm..... no jacuzzi.

My stay was okay. The front desk called me around 9:30pm -10:00pm. The people below us had complained we were stepping to hard on the floor and they could'nt sleep. I never had a call from hotels I stayed at and tell us that. So I felt bad and tried not to step to much on the floor, which I should'nt feel uncomfortable in my own room worrying if Im bothering the lower level. We could'nt relax in our room.

It was great our whole team stayed but they did overbook. They did allow us to have food and snacks for our soccer team while they were in the pool.
