Comfort Inn & Suites near Ontario Airport

The hotel’s a little old and I feel like the photos dont show the aging of it. The only two gripes were the main door for our room was thicker so made it seem like the door wasn’t fully closed but it was but if you’re an overthinker like me, you’ll think the door’s not fully closed/locked. The other one was the A/C, our room had an old A/C but the knobs were missing but in the end they had a thermostat on the wall to adjust for the actual A/C. The A/C was fine it was just a little puzzle at first to figure out how to turn it on. The staff were super helpful, the only major issue was some of the guests but it was also late at night so I’m sure every hotel has those types of characters late at night. A very solid 3.5/5. If you’re picky about where you stay, this won’t be your place, but if you’re around for maybe a night or two, this hotel will be fine for you, plus it’s pretty empty around it so there’s not too much noise/weirdness going on by the hotel. Again, great staff though!

Nice stay. We had to Suite, plenty of space, quiet, and clean. Affordable price.

Loved it except for leaky shower

The staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel is dated and needs some maintenance, but overall the stay we had was a great experience.

No issues

Have stayed at other comfort inn's. This one is a little run down compared to the others but the staff has done the best they can with what they have. Broken hooks, worn out very small pillows, extremely inexpensive toilet seats. Lots of outdated things. The facility needs a complete update. The staff bent over backwards to help, they get a five Starr rating.

Not clean, the sofa bed was terrible, I went to get "breakfast " around 9am and I only saw coffee, Cookies, cereal, not breakfast

Bathrooms very smelly, old furniture,

We liked that the bedroom was separate from the living room with the sofa bed. It made our stay much more comfortable. The bathroom and shower could use some updating. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the air conditioner was leaking water. We chose not to use the hot tub because the water didn’t appear to be clean.

My stay here was very warm and welcoming. The laundry on site came through for me on this stay. The staff were very welcoming and chatty.

The pillows and bed are so comfortable

Front desk agent at 5 pm on 6/27 was rude. Not enough parking on the property. Hallway of lobby are was dirty. Room was good if you provide amenities body was should be included.

Stay here every time my family and I come into town. Always clean and very friendly staff. Free breakfast is always full of variety and always fresh. Highly recommend !!

The beds were so high I wasn't able to get on. I hesitated to drink anything in fear to have getting off the bed and I'd have try to get on the bed. Being handicapped this was not the appropriate room due to have the bed so high and the staff was aware. Then the toilet was so low that I felt I was going to fall and there were no rails to grab hold. The back of my thighs hurt because of the toilet seat was very uncomfortable.

The bathrooms fan didn’t work , I called for towels and they kept putting me on hold the didn’t bring toilet paper when I was out I had to go get it myself room was dirty

There was no window shade by the bed so everyone who walk by my room could see in.

Clean, comfortable, friendly Breakfast is ok but could be better.

Restrooms were not in best of shapes, gym has no weights but the breakfast set up is the best thing here. Kitchen staff was great and ginger head guy on night shift.
