Comfort Inn & Suites near Ontario Airport

I loved the location, and the size of the King Suite. The air conditioner in the living area didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room on the third day of our stay.

Exceptional

Breakfast was convenient but there were roaches in my room.

Everything was great what really made me feel special was the lady who made the waffle mix in the morning took a suggestion and did the red velvet waffle mix like we had requested the day before the one downside was the door by our room to go in and out from the key card did not work to come back in

Clean and comfortable stay.

Excellent Hotel, at a good price. Excellent Breakfast!

Parking. Amenities. View through the tree added privacy. Sign that I may have to wait up to 30 minutes for check in if the clerk was not present. Took 10 minutes.

Very good

Room is very spacious and was comfortable! P

Proximity to frwy and venue for the weekend. My assigned room was not clean .There was body hair in the bathroom and my toilet was clogged and over flowing.

The building and room are...

The breakfast is decent. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, but clearly stretched thin. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable.

The floors throughout are filthy including in our room. It is vinyl flooring and after walking around our feet were black. We found sticky spots and spills on it as well. The bathroom floor has dirt embedded in the tile. There was no hot water. It took 5 minutes for the shower to go from ice cold to barely warm enough to get under, even on full hot. The bedding was clean and fresh which was the only highlight. While the person at reception was efficient, they were not welcoming or friendly. Overall, I suggest choosing another hotel on the area.

Great stay! This property consistently meets expectations.

I stay one night here and have bed bug bites on my legs and back. Horrible!
