To the front desk because our keys kept not opening the door . I asked for room cleaning every day finally got it on the last day . Terrible stay

Toilets are old and the handles have to be held down to flush. Coffee maker in the room did not work and there were used cups in the refrigerator.The hotel is dated and could use some work, the key card for some of the exits other than the lobby randomly work. There were people walking around with ankle bracelets on but the breakfast isn’t bad.

Friendly staff, great location near Ontario airport, used pool/hot tub, great continental breakfast, comfy beds & pillows, no carpet, fridge/microwave, nice bathroom with large walk-in shower, free parking for guests & used the free city GOAT transportation to airport rental car location. Pleased with stay! Woke up early after a long day of traveling by tree trimming crew.

I did not like that the hotel has ignored my request for a refund..and the front desk clerk did not even apologize when I showed him. The big red welts on my arm..you can do better comfort inn

When I got to the room, the couch was visibly dirty. I was honestly reluctant to even lie on the bed, so I put one of the towels down before laying on it. Shortly after, I started having an allergic reaction. I broke out in a rash on my arms, back, and chest, and I couldn’t stop itching. I wasn’t able to sleep, and I ended up leaving the hotel that same night. The pool was also dirty, and there were dirty socks lying around outside, making it seem like the property wasn’t being cleaned or maintained properly. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness and the allergic reaction I experienced, I would not stay here again.

The room stinks, the sheets smell so bad, we would have left, if not for the fact that we checked in very late, almost midnight. We didn't have a choice but to stay the night. We will not stay at that hotel again
